Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar siswa korban bullying rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku bullying dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa korban bullying di SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Sugih Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Metode penelitian bersifat Kuantitatif Korelasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 210 siswa dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 53 siswa diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala perilaku bullying dan skala motivasi belajar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistic korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara perilaku bullying dengan motivasi belajar siswa, hal ini ditunjukan hasil analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment diperoleh rhitung = -0,180 < rtabel = 0,197 maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Kesimpulannya tidak terdapat hubungan antara perilaku bullying dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa korban bullying di SMA Negeri1 Gunung Sugih Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, perilaku bullying, siswa, motivasi belajar. The problem in this research was the low of student’s motivation to learn. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation between bullying behavior with motivation to learn of student class XI SMA Negeri1 gunung sugih year 2020/2021. The research method of this research used Quantitative Corelasion method. Total population is 210 student’s and a sample of 53 student’s were taken using random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used bullying behavior scale and motivation to learn scale. Data analysis technique used Product Moment correlation statistical analysis. The results showed there was correlation between bullying behavior with student’s motivation to learn, shown by the results of data analysis used Product Moment correlation wasr rxy = -0,180 < rtabel = 0,197 then Ho accepted and Ha rejected. The conclusion of this research is there was not correlation between bullying behavior with motivation to learn of student in victims class XI SMA Negeri1 Gunung Sugih year 2020/2021.
