Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Pabrik Asam Salisilat [C6H4(OH)(COOH)] ini berbahan baku Fenol dan Natrium Hidroksida, yang rencananya akan didirikan di Kawasan Industri Tangerang. Pabrik ini berdiri dengan mempertimbangkan ketersediaan bahan baku, sarana transportasi yang memadai, tenaga kerja, perizinan dan kondisi sosial masyarakat sekitar. Pabrik ini direncanakan dapat memproduksi asam salisilat [C6H4(OH)(COOH)] sebanyak 25.000 ton/tahun, dengan waktu operasi selama 24 jam/hari serta 330 hari/tahun. Banyaknya bahan baku fenol yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 2.943,7514 kg/jam dan natrium hidroksida sebanyak 1.251,1600 kg/jam. Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik asam salisilat ini berupa unit pengolahan air.. Jumlah karyawan sebanyak 164 orang dengan bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi jenis line dan staf . Dari analisis ekonomi, maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 760.689.824.938,- Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 134.239.380.871,- Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp.894.929.205.809,- Break Even Point (BEP) = 47,09% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 28,57% Pay Out Time after Taxes (POT)a = 2,7 tahun Return on Investment after Taxes (ROI)a = 22,97% Interest Rate Return (IRR) = 26% Annual Net Profit (Pa) = Rp. 205.567.312.063,-/tahun Berdasarkan beberapa paparan di atas, maka pendirian pabrik asam salisilatini layak untuk dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dari sisi ekonomi dan mempunyai prospek yang relatif cukup baik. This Salicylic Acid [C6H4(OH)(COOH)] factory is made from Phenol and Sodium Hydroxide, which is planned to be established in the Tangerang Industrial Estate. This factory was established by considering the availability of raw materials, adequate transportation facilities, labor, permits and social conditions of the surrounding community. This plant is planned to be able to produce salicylic acid [C6H4(OH)(COOH)] as much as 25,000 tons/year, with an operating time of 24 hours/day and 330 days/year. The amount of phenol raw material used is 2,943,7514 kg/hour and sodium hydroxide as much as 1,251,1600 kg/hour. The supply of the salicylic acid plant's utility needs is in the form of a water treatment unit. The number of employees as many as 164 people with the form of the company is a Limited Liability Company (PT) with an organizational structure of line and staff types. From the economic analysis, the following results are obtained : Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 760.689.824.938,- Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 134.239.380.871,- Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp.894.929.205.809,- Break Even Point (BEP) = 47,09% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 28,57% Pay Out Time after Taxes (POT)a = 2,7 years Return on Investment after Taxes (ROI)a = 22,97% Interest Rate Return (IRR) = 26% Annual Net Profit (Pa) = Rp. 205.567.312.063,-/year Based on some of the explanations above, the establishment of this salicylic acid factory deserves further study, because it is a profitable factory from an economic point of view and has relatively good prospects.
