Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini mengembangkan LKS terintegrasi STEM bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi sains siswa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development). Sampel pada tahap uji coba terbatas yaitu 20 siswa kelas VIII. Tahap uji coba luas sampel yang digunakan yaitu 60 siswa di satu sekolah kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas eksperimen 2 yang dipilih melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Kelompok eksperimen 1 dan eksperimen 2 diperlakukan menggunakan metode inkuiri terbimbing, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pretes dan postes untuk mengetahui efektivitas kemampuan literasi sains siswa, angket dan lembar observasi untuk keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. LKS terintegrasi STEM yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk melatih literasi sains siswa dinyatakan valid ditinjau dari aspek isi, konstruksi dan bahasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan literasi sains setelah diberikan perlakuan pembelajaran menggunakan LKS terintegrasi STEM yang mencakup indikator literasi sains dengan hasil rata-rata N-gain kelas eksperimen 1 sebesar 0.40 dan eksperimen 2 sebesar 0.35 keduanya dengan kriteria sedang. Hasil effect size kelas eksperimen 1 sebesar 88 dan eksperimen 2 sebesar 61 dengan keriteria besar. LKS terbukti dapat meningkatkan literasi sains siswa sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKS yang dihasilkan efektif. Kata kunci : LKS, STEM, Literasi Sains This study developed STEM integrated worksheets aimed at improving students' scientific literacy. The research design used is Research and Development. The sample in the limited trial phase was 20 students of class VIII. The trial phase of the sample area used was 60 students in one school, experimental class 1 and experimental class 2, which were selected through cluster random sampling technique. Experimental groups 1 and experimental groups 2 were treated using the guided inquiry method, data collection using pretest and posttest techniques to determine the effectiveness of students' scientific literacy skills, questionnaires and observation sheets for the implementation of learning. STEM integrated worksheets used in the learning process to train students' scientific literacy were declared valid in terms of content, construction and language aspects. The results showed that there was an increase in scientific literacy ability after being given learning treatment using STEM integrated worksheets which included scientific literacy indicators with an average N-gain result for experimental class 1 of 0.40 and experiment 2 of 0.35 both with moderate criteria. The result of the effect size of experimental class 1 is 88 and experiment 2 is 61 with large criteria. LKS is proven to be able to improve students' scientific literacy so that it can be concluded that the LKS produced is effective. Keywords: LKS, STEM, Scientific Literacy
