Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Partai Demokrat merupakan partai politik yang mengikuti Pemilu Legislatif Tahun 2014 di Kabupaten Tanggamus. Pada pileg tahun 2014 di Kabupaten Tanggamus Partai Demokrat menduduki peringkat kedua partai politik yang memililki keterwakilannya di kursi legislatif yaitu dengan mendapatkan 5 kursi. Berbanding terbalik pada saat pileg tahun 2019 di Kabupaten Tanggamus Partai Demokrat mengalami penurunan perolehan jumlah kursi yang mencapai 100% penurunannya, hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Partai Demokrat karena banyak kader Partai yang terjerat kasus korupsi sehingga pada pileg tahun 2019 di Kabupaten Tanggamus Partai Demokrat tidak memiliki keterwakilan satu pun untuk menduduki kursi di legislatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisa pola rekrutment Partai Demokrat Kabupaten Tanggamus pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pertama Partai Demokrat dalam hal rekrutment politik tidak memiliki kriteria khusus untuk menjadi calon anggota legislatif. Pola rekrutment Partai Demokrat dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan seleksi terbuka, namun pola rekrutment terbuka tersebut dilakukan terhadap para anggota. Sedangkan dalam perekrutan pengurus menggunakan mekanisme tertutup. Pelaksanaan pileg tahun 2019 penetapan dapil untuk para caleg dilakukan secara tertutup tidak transparan. Kedua Sistem rekrutmen politik di internal Partai Demokrat memiliki pola yang berbeda-beda terhadap pengurus didasarkan atas kekerabatan (patronase). Sedangkan sistem rekrutmen yang digunakan terhadap calon legislatifnya yaitu dengan sistem terbuka. Penerimaan anggota ini tidak melihat status, kedudukan, dan kekayaan seseorang. Pada Pileg tahun 2019 Partai Demokrat di Kabupaten Tanggamus lebih memfokuskan pada sosok tokoh dalam perekrutannya. Namun, hal tersebut tetap tidak bisa mengangkat suara Partai Demokrat di tiap dapilnya. The purpose of this study is to analyze the recruitment pattern of the Tanggamus Regency Democratic Party in the 2019 legislative elections. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are firstly the Democratic Party in terms of political recruitment does not have special criteria to become a candidate for legislative members. The Democratic Party's recruitment pattern is carried out using open selection, but the open recruitment pattern is carried out on members. Meanwhile, in the recruitment of management using a closed mechanism. The implementation of the 2019 legislative elections, the determination of electoral districts for legislative candidates is carried out in a closed and not transparent manner. The second system of political recruitment within the Democratic Party has a different pattern of management based on kinship (patronage). While the recruitment system used for legislative candidates is an open system. Acceptance of this member does not see a person's status, position, and wealth. In the 2019 Legislative Elections, the Democratic Party in Tanggamus Regency focused more on figures in its recruitment.
