Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pemberian bantuan hukum oleh lembaga bantuan hukum memiliki peran penting untuk mendampingi klien nya agar tidak mendapat perlakuan semena-mena oleh aparat. Dibentuknya Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2011 Tentang Bantuan Hukum menjadi dasar bagi Negara untuk menjamin warga negara, khususunya bagi sebagian orang atau kelompok masyarakat miskin agar dapat mendapatkan akses keadilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pemberian bantuan hukum kepada masyarakat miskin oleh advokat dan lembaga bantuan hukum di Kota Bandar Lampung serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dan yuridis empiris. Penelitian dilakukan pada Kantor Advokat dan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan pelaksanaan pemberian bantuan hukum di Bandar Lampung telah dilakukan oleh advokat dan lembaga bantuan hukum, dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhinya diantaranya belum adanya aturan pelaksaan dari pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung khususnya mengenai anggaran dari pemerintah daerah untuk bantuan hukum gratis, sehingga pemberian bantuan hukum gratis belum saat ini belum maksimal. Kata Kunci: Advokat, Bantuan Hukum, Lembaga Bantuan Hukum. The provision of legal aid by legal aid agencies has an important role to assist their clients so that they are not treated arbitrarily by the authorities. The enactment of Law Number 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid is the basis for the State to guarantee citizens, especially some people or groups of poor people have access to justice. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of providing legal aid to the poor by advocates and legal aid agencies in Bandar Lampung City and the factors that influence it. The type of research used is juridical normative and juridical empirical. The research was conducted at the Office of Advocates and Legal Aid Institute. The results of this study show that the implementation of providing legal aid in Bandar Lampung has been carried out by advocates and legal aid agencies, in its implementation there are several factors that influence it including the absence of implementation rules from the Bandar Lampung City government, especially regarding the budget from the local government for free legal aid, so that the provision of legal aid free legal aid has not yet been maximized.
