Penerapan Perpustakaan berbasis otomasi dalam kegiatan Perpustakaan dapat membantu meringankan pekerjaan Perpustakaan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Fungsi otomasi Perpustakaan menitik beratkan tentang bagaimana mengkontrol sistem layanan secara otomasi terkomputerisasi, sehingga proses pengolahan menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat dalam mendukung temu kembali koleksi atau informasi. Ada beberapa jenis aplikasi software otomasi Perpustakaan saat ini, namun lebih banyak digunakan dari banyaknya variasi atau jenis aplikasi yang umum dan banyak digunakan di Perpustakaan adalah aplikasi SliMS (Senayan Library Management System).Kelebihan dari aplikasi SLiMS ini adalah mudah dalam hal instalasi yang artinya aplikasi ini dapat berjalan hampir disemua sistem operasi. Aplikasi ini terus di kembangkan sejak kemunculan pertamanya, pada tahun 2007 sampai dengan perkembangan ke SLiMS 9 Bullian. SMA Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung telah menerapkan sistem otomasi perpustakaan yaitu SLiMS 8 Akasia, dan pada tahun 2020 perpustakaan telah mengupgrade SLiMS 8 ke SLiMS 9 Bullian, saat ingin migrasi ke SLiMS 9 terjadi kegagalan. Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini untuk mengetahui proses migrasi database dari SLiMS 8 Akasia ke SLiMS 9 Bullian di SMA Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung, dan mengetahui apa saja kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses migrasi database dari SLiMS 8 Akasia ke SLiMS 9 Bullian di SMA Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Otomasi Perpustakaan, Migrasi Database. The application of automation-based libraries in library activities can help make the library's work more effective and efficient. The library automation function focuses on how to control the computerized automated service system, so that the processing process becomes faster and more accurate in supporting the retrieval of collections or information. There are several types of library automation software applications today, but more widely used than the many variations or types of applications that are common and widely used in libraries are the SliMS (Senayan Library Management System) application. The advantage of this SLiMS application is that it is easy to install, which means the application It can run on almost all operating systems. This application has been continuously developed since its first appearance, in 2007 until the development to SLiMS 9 Bullian. SMA Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung has implemented a library automation system, namely SLiMS 8 Akasia, and in 2020 the library has upgraded from SLiMS 8 to SLiMS 9 Bullian, when it wanted to migrate to SLiMS 9 there was a failure. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out the process of migrating the database from SLiMS 8 Acacia to SLiMS 9 Bullian at SMA Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung, and to find out what obstacles are faced in the process of migrating the database from SLiMS 8 Acacia to SLiMS 9 Bullian at SMA Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung.
