Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Perkembangan teknologi yang dikembangkan dalam sistem informasi manajemen dapat membantu instansi pemerintah di Indonesia. Dalam menjalankan program penanggulangan kemiskinan memerlukan data yang relevan sesuai dengan kondisi masyarakat yang ada. Permasalahan data kemiskinan dari instansi pemerintah yang berbeda berakibat dana bantuan yang tidak tepat sasaran untuk rumah tangga yang miskin. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan meluncurkan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Gerakan Terpadu Serentak Plus (SIGertak+) yang memetakan kegiatan penanggulangan kemiskinan, target penanggulangan kemiskinan dan variabel By Name By Address. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui tingkat efektivitas dari aplikasi SIGertak+ menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone dan Mclean dengan 6 variabel yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat bersih dan mengetahui kendala dari pemanfaatan aplikasi SIGertak+ sebagai media penanggulangan kemiskinan di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini sequential explanatory designs dengan pendekatan Mix Methods. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan dan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna, kualitas informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna, kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan dan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna, penggunaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan berpengaruh terhadap manfaat bersih dan kepuasan pengguna aplikasi SIGertak+ berpengaruh terhadap manfaat bersih. Kendala pemanfaatan aplikasi SIGertak+ terdiri dari aspek teknis, kebaruan data, sumber daya manusia dan akses internet. Tingkat efektivitas aplikasi SIGertak+ memiliki persentase sebesar 76,6% maka penerapan sistem E-government tersebut dapat dikatakan sukses sebagai teknologi yang mendukung sistem kerja. In carrying out poverty reduction programs requires, relevant data in accordance with existing community conditions. The problem of poverty data from different government agencies resulted in aid funds that were not on target for poor households. To overcome this problem, the South Sumatera Provincial Development Planning Agency launched the Sistem Gerakan Terpadu Serentak (SIGertak+) application that maps poverty reduction activities, poverty reduction targets and By Name By Address variables. The purpose of this study is to find out the level of effectiveness of the SIGertak+ application using the Delone and Mclean information system success model with 6 variables, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction and net benefits and knowing the constraints of utilizing SIGertak+ applications as a poverty reduction in South Sumatra Province. This type of research is sequential explanatory designs with the Mix Methods approach. The results of this study show that the quality of the system affects usage and affects user satisfaction, the quality of information has no effect on usage and has no effect on user satisfaction, the quality of service has no effect on usage and affects usersatisfaction, usage has no effect on user satisfaction and affects the net benefits and user satisfaction of SIGertak+ applications affects net benefits. Constraints in using the SIGertak+ application consist of technical aspects, data updates, human resources and internet access. The effectiveness of the SIGertak+ has a percentage of 76.6%, the application of e-government system can be said to be successful as a technology that supports the work system.
