Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sektor-sektor yang menjadi sektor basis dan non basis dalam perekonomian wilayah, kinerja sektor perekonomian basis, klasifikasi pertumbuhan sektor perekonomian wilayah, dan pusat pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa data Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Provinsi Lampung dan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan periode 2016 – 2020 atas dasar harga konstan tahun 2010. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis Location Quetient (LQ), Shift share, Tipology Klassen, Skalogram, dan GIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) sektor basis (unggulan) adalah sektor industri pengolahan; sektor pengadaan air, pengelolaan sampah, limbah dan daur ulang; sektor konstruksi, sektor perdagangan besar dan eceran, reparasi mobil dan sepeda motor; dan sektor transportasi dan pergudangan, (2) sektor konstruksi memiliki kinerja paling baik diantara sektor-sektor basis yaitu memiliki pertumbuhan yang cepat dan berdaya saing, (3) sektor yang tergolong dalam sektor maju dan tumbuh cepat adalah sektor konstruksi, dan sektor perdagangan besar dan eceran, dan (4) Kecamatan Kalianda dan Kecamatan Natar ditetapkan sebagai kecamatan pusat pertumbuhan. Kata kunci : konstruksi, perekonomian, pertumbuhan, sektor basis. This study aims to analyze the basic and non-basic sectors in the regional economy, the performance of the basic economic sector, the classification of regional economic sector growth, and growth centers. This study uses secondary data in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product data for Lampung Province and South Lampung Regency for the period 2016 – 2020 based on constant prices in 2010. The data were analyzed using Location Quetient (LQ), Shift share, Klassen Typology, Skalogram, and GIS analysis. The results of the research show that (1) the basic (leading) sector is the manufacturing sector; water supply, waste management, waste and recycling sectors; the construction sector, wholesale and retail trade, repair of cars and motorcycles; and the transportation and warehousing sector, (2) the construction sector has the best performance among the basic sectors, namely having fast and competitive growth, (3) the sectors that are classified as advanced and fast-growing sectors are the construction sector, and the wholesale and trade sector. retail, and (4) Kalianda District and Natar District are designated as growth center districts.
