Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Sebagai destinasi wisata bahari Desa Pulau Pahawang memberikan peluang kerja guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Akan tetapi, maraknya kegiatan wisata bahari dapat menyebabkan kelestarian sumberdaya alam terganggu. Guna menjamin keberlanjutan dari sumber daya alam tersebut, pengelolaannya harus dilakukan secara terencana dan terpadu serta memberikan manfaat yang besar kepada semua stakeholders terutama masyarakat di Desa Pulau Pahawang. Oleh karena itu diperlukan informasi terkait potensi daya tarik wisata, daya dukung kawasan wisata bahari desa pulau pahawang, dan kontribusi wisata bahari terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan. Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui potensi eksisting dan menganalisis kontribusi wisata bahari terhadap perkembangan usaha pariwisata di desa pulau pahawang; menganalisis atau mendeskripsikan daya dukung kawasan wisata bahari desa pulau pahawang terhadap usaha pariwisata; dan menganalisis kontribusi wisata bahari terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Pulau Pahawang Kecamatan Marga Punduh dengan metode pelaksanaan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Pulau Pahawang memiliki potensi objek dan daya tarik wisata bahari sebesar 88%; Luasan wilayah untuk kegiatan ekowisata bahari untuk kategori rekreasi pantai adalah 6393,96 m2, kategori menyelam sebesar 358.801,2 m2 dan kategori snorkeling yaitu 1.212.000 m2; dan indek potensi kondisi lingkungan dan ekonomi sebesar 83%. Sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa objek wisata Desa Pulau Pahawang layak dan berpotensi cukup tinggi untuk dikembangkan. Kapasitas daya dukung untuk kegiatan rekreasi pantai/berenang 385 orang/hari, kegiatan menyelam 1457 orang/hari dan untuk kegiatan snorkeling kapasitas wisatawan 53.751 orang/ hari. Taraf hidup masyarakat pesisir Desa Pulau Pahawang berada pada tingkat kesejahteraan rata-rata sedang. Kata kunci : wisata bahari, pahawang, rekreasi, daya dukung, tourist attraction ABSTRACT As a marine tourism destination, Pahawang Island Village provides job opportunities to improve people's welfare. However, the rise of maritime tourism activities can cause the sustainability of natural resources to be disrupted. To ensure the sustainability of these natural resources, their management must be carried out in a planned and integrated manner and provide significant benefits to all stakeholders, especially the community in Pahawang Island Village. Therefore, information is needed regarding the potential of tourist attractions, the carrying capacity of the marine tourism area of Pahawang Island Village, and the contribution of marine tourism to the level of welfare. So this research was conducted to know the existing potential and analyze the contribution of marine tourism to the development of tourism businesses in the village of Pahawang Island; analyzing or describing the carrying capacity of the marine tourism area of Pahawang Island Village for tourism businesses, and explore the contribution of marine tourism to the level of welfare. The research was conducted in Pahawang Island Village, Marga Punduh Subdistrict, with a qualitative descriptive research implementation method. The results showed that Pahawang Island Village has the potential for marine tourism objects and attractions of 88%; The area for maritime ecotourism activities for the beach recreation category is 6393.96 m2, the diving category is 358,801.2 m2, and the snorkeling category is 1,212,000 m2; and the index of potential environmental and economic conditions of 83%. So that it can be concluded that the tourism object of Pahawang Island Village is feasible and has high enough potential to be developed. The carrying capacity for beach/swimming recreational activities is 385 people/day, diving activity is 1457 people/day, and for snorkeling activities, the tourist capacity is 53,751 people/day.
