Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dan lembar kerja peserta didik yang digunakan belum mendukung kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk LKPD berbasis probing prompting yang layak, menarik, mudah, bermanfaat dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.Jenis penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan merujuk pada teori Borg & Gall. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IV SD Gugus Cut Nyak Dien Kecamatan Metro Timur, Indonesia. Sampel berjumlah 46 siswa yang terbagi menjadi kelompok kontrol (N=23) dan kelompok eksperimen (N=23). Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar angket dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk LKPD berbasis probing prompting layak, menarik, mudah, bermanfaat serta efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. The problem in this research and development was the low ability of critical thinking students and the worksheet used during learning does not support the ability of critical thinking students. This study aims to develop a student worksheet based on probing prompting that is feasible,interesting, easy useful and effective to improve the ability of critical thinking students. The type of research that refers to the theory Borg & Gall. This research was implemented in fourth grade of elementary school in Gugus Cut Nyak Dien Metro Timur, Indonesia. The subject were 46 students divided into control class (N=23) and experiment class (N=23). Data were collected used questionnaire and test questions. The results showed that worksheet based on probing prompting is feasible, interesting, easy, useful and effective to improve the ability of critical thinking strudents.
