Pada era pandemi saat ini, kelompok lanjut usia merupakan kelompok yang paling berisiko mengalami keparahan dan kematian akibat penyakit COVID-19. Hal ini dikarenakan pasien lanjut usia pada umumnya memiliki penyakit penyerta. Oleh karena itu, pencegahan penularan dilakukan melalui upaya pelayanan kesehatan lanjut usia guna mewujudkan lansia yang sehat, berkualitas dan produktif dimasa tuanya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi program pelayanan kesehatan lanjut usia di era COVID-19 pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, mengingat persentase pelayanan kesehatan lanjut usia masih sebesar 60% dan belum mencapai target pelayanan kesehatan lanjut usia yaitu sebesar 80%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program pelayanan kesehatan lanjut usia serta kendala yang dihadapi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dari pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan efektivitas pelaksanaan program pelayanan kesehatan lanjut usia pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Tengah belum efektif. pada aspek organisasi untuk partisipasi masih ada puskesmas yang belum terealisasi program. Sedangkan pada aspek mekanisme terdapat keterbatasan dalam membawa obat-obatan maupun alat kesehatan. Dan pada aspek orientasi yaitu kurangnya kesadaran lansia akan manfaat pelayanan kesehatan dan kurangnya dukungan dari keluarga. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Program Pelayanan Kesehatan, Lanjut Usia. In the current pandemic era, the elderly are the group most at risk for the severity and death of COVID-19 disease. This is because elderly patients generally have comorbidities. Therefore, the prevention of transmission is done through the efforts of health services to the elderly in order to create healthy, quality and productive senior citizens in their old age. The problem in this study is the implementation of the program for elderly health services in the era of COVID-19 at Dinas Kesehatan of Lampung Tengah Districts, given that the percentage of elderly health services is still 60% and has not reached the target of elderly health services of 80%. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness program for elderly health services and the barriers faced by the Dinas Kesehatan of Lampung Tengah Districts. The method used is qualitative descriptive. While the data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the implementation of program for elderly health services in the Dinas Kesehatan of Lampung Tengah Districts is still not effective. In the organizational aspect, for participation there are still puskesmas that have not realized the program. While in the mechanism aspect, there are limitations in carrying medicines and medical devices. And on the orientation aspect that is the lack of awareness of the elderly about the benefits of health services and the lack of support from families.
