Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
The development of Electronic Government (E-Government) is one of the important factors in the advancement of public services. One form of its application is to build a service website. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the quality of service website usage. Viewed from a citizen centric approach with a case study at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) South Lampung. This research was conducted through a quantitative approach with the method of factor analysis. The analysis of this research was obtained through primary data using a questionnaire method, then distributed to respondents who had accessed/used the BPS South Lampung service website. The results of this study indicate that the features of navigation, display, information and communication are the dominant factors in influencing the quality of using the BPS South Lampung service website. While other factors such as convenience, accessibility, trust, and security are supporting factors in influencing the quality of using the BPS South Lampung service website.
