ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN LAJU ENDAP DARAH (LED) DENGAN DERAJAT KEPARAHAN SEPSIS DI RSUD Dr.H. ABDUL MOELOEK PROVINSI LAMPUNG OLEH HIDAYATIL ARDILLAH SAPUTRI AMSIA Latar Belakang: Sepsis adalah disfungsi organ yang mengancam jiwa yang disebabkan oleh respon host yang tidak teratur terhadap infeksi. Sepsis dan syok septik adalah masalah kesehatan utama, mempengaruhi jutaan orang di seluruh dunia setiap tahun, dan membunuh sebanyak satu dari empat (dan seringkali lebih). Untuk mendiagnosis dini dapat dilakukan tes biomarker yang salah satunya laju endap darah (LED). Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan Laju Endap Darah (LED) dengan derajat keparahan sepsis di RSUD Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian potong lintang. Data diambil dari catatan rekam medis pasien sepsis (≥ 18 tahun) di RSUD Abdoel Moeloek Porvinsi Lampung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunkan uji mann-whitney Hasil: Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 96 sampel yang telah memenuhi kriteria. Ditemukan sebanyak 54,1% laki-laki dan 45,9% perempuan dengan rentang usia paling banyak terkena 56-65 tahun (21,9%) dengan LED Perempuan lebih banyak ≤20 mm/jam (20,5%) dan laki-laki lebih banyak ≥15 mm/jam (55,8%). Hasil uji Man-whitney perempuan 0,205 dan untuk laki-laki 0,073 (p = <0,05). Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara Laju Endap Darah (LED) dengan derajat keparahan sepsis di RSUD Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Sepsis and septic shock are major health problems, affecting millions of people worldwide each year, and killing as many as one in four (and often more). For early diagnosis, biomarker tests can be performed, one of which is the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). Objective: To determine the relationship between the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and the severity of sepsis at Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Lampung Province Methods: This research is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design. Data were taken from medical records of patients with sepsis (≥ 18 years) at Abdoel Moeloek Hospital, Lampung Province. Data analysis was carried out using the Mann-Whitney test Results: The study was conducted on 96 samples that met the criteria. It was found that 54.1% of men and 45.9% of women were most affected by the age range 56-65 years (21.9%) with ESR Female ≤20 mm/hour (20.5%) and male ≥15 mm/hour (55.8%). The results of the Man-Whitney test for women were 0.205 and for men 0.073 (p = <0.05). Concultion: There is no relationship between the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and the severity of sepsis in Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Lampung Province.
