ABSTRAK CYBERBULLYING SEBAGAI PELANGGARAN ETIKA KOMUNIKASI DI MEDIA SOSIAL (ANALISIS KUANTITATIF PADA KOLOM KOMENTAR CHANNEL YOUTUBE RICIS OFFICIAL) Oleh Aura Afifah Ratnadewati Informasi yang tersebar secara bebas dan ketersediaan fitur yang dapat diakses oleh siapapun membuat komunikasi melalui media sosial lebih riskan terhadap lunturnya norma kesantunan. YouTube merupakan salah satu platform media sosial yang populer di dunia. YouTube menyediakan fitur komentar agar dapat dilakukannya komunikasi dua arah atau lebih oleh sesama pengguna. Namun, fitur kolom komentar juga seringkali digunakan sebagai tempat terjadi perilaku cyberbullying. Cyberbullying terjadi kepada banyak YouTuber khususnya di Indonesia seperti yang terjadi kepada Ria Ricis dalam channel YouTube miliknya yaitu Ricis official. Kasus cyberbullying yang terjadi kepada Ria Ricis terkait konten YouTubenya yaitu berjudul “Rumah baru papa”. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis isi deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menemukan bagaimanakah kecenderungan jenis cyberbullying dan menganalisis bagaimana isi pesan cyberbullying yang tampak secara nyata dan sistematis pada kolom komentar video “Rumah Baru Papa”. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menemukan bagaimana kecenderungan jenis cyberbullying yang terjadi dalam komentar video “Rumah baru papa” dan bagaimana analisis isi pesan cyberbullying dalam video tersebut. Peneliti menemukan kecenderungan jenis cyberbullying yaitu dalam bentuk flaming dan masquerade dengan rincian komentar flaming sebanyak 42 komentar, masquerade 37 komentar pada kategori jenis kelamin cenderung dilontarkan oleh kategori pria sebanyak 55 komentar dan untuk kategori anonimitas cenderung dilakukan oleh akun atau beridentitas anonim. Peneliti menganalisis cyberbullying terjadi dipicu oleh adanya pertentangan nilai yang ada dalam masyarakat berkaitan dengan konten video yang telah ia unggah itu. YouTube is one of the most popular social media platforms in the world. YouTube provides a comment feature to allow two-way or more communication between users. However, the comment section feature is also often used as a place for cyberbullying behavior to occur. Cyberbullying happens to many YouTubers, especially in Indonesia, as happened to Ria Ricis on her YouTube channel, Ricis official. The cyberbullying case that happened to Ria Ricis was related to her YouTube content, which was entitled "Rumah Baru Papa". This study uses descriptive content analysis which aims to find out what the tendencies of cyberbullying are and analyze how the content of the cyberbullying message appears in a real and systematic way in the comments section of the video "Rumah Baru Papa". In this study, the researches found out how the tendency of the type of cyberbullying that occurred in the video commentary "Rumah Baru Papa" and how to analyze the content of the cyberbullying message in the video. Researchers found a trendthe type of cyberbullying is in the form of flaming and masquerade with 42 comments of flaming and 37 comments of masquerade. In the gender category tend to be made by the male category as many as 55 comments and for the anonymity category tends to be carried out by an anonymous account or identity. Researchers analyzed that cyberbullying occurred triggered by the existence of conflicting values in society related to the video content that she had uploaded.
