Abstract

ABSTRAK Oleh Imez Arlienda Masalah dalam penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang cara komunikasi dengan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru dalam membangun komunikasi dengan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 36 guru dari 7 sekolah. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa persepsi guru dalam membangun komunikasi dengan anak usia dini menunjukkan hasil yang baik dengan persentase 83,3%, guru sudah mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan anak usia dini. This research aimed to know about the teachers’ perception in developing communications’ to early childhood students. This research used quantitative approach with the tye of descritive reseach. The sample in this research were 36 teachers’ from 7 different schools. The data collecting technique of this research was using questionnaire. The technique of data analysis used descriptive technique. The results of this research showed that teachers’ percetionin developing early childhood communication showed good results by the percentage of 83,3% teachers’ already been able to communicate well to early childhood students. keywords: communication, early childhood, early childhood teacher
