This research is a development research using the ADDIE model. This research was conducted with the objectives of: 1) analyzing the potential and condition of the Miryam Foundation Elementary Schools, 2) describing the process of developing a training design to improve teacher competence in implementing the CHYBK Values Integrative Curriculum, 3) the characteristics of the research product, namely the design of training and modules, 4) testing the attractiveness of the design and training modules, and 5) testing the effectiveness of the training design in improving teacher competence. The subjects of this development research were elementary school teachers from the Lembaga Miryam Foundation, totaling 103 people. The teachers are spread across three educational units, namely SD Xaverius 1 Bandar Lampung, SD Xaverius Metro, and SD Xaverius 1 Palembang. The results of this development research indicate that: 1) The potential and condition of the Miryam Foundation Elementary Schools is worthy of developing a training design to improve teacher competence in implementing the CHYBK Values Education curriculum. There are three main potentials that support the development of this training design, namely the number of students, human resources (teachers), and infrastructure. Public interest in YLM elementary schools is still very high. In the last three years The number of students in YLM primary schools in the last three academic years ranged from 1850-1900 students. This is a major potential, because as a private school administrator, all funding is highly dependent on students. The second potential is human resources, namely teachers. Of the 103 teachers, 96.1% are academically qualified for Bachelor of Education and 1% of Masters. Only 2.9% of teachers have DIII academic qualifications. Most of the teachers are in the productive age (20-50), which is 68.3%. This condition becomes the potential for the Foundation to encourage change through this training. All teachers have also used technology, especially Microsoft Office to support their work. This shows that teachers are human resources who strongly support the development of training designs. The third potential is infrastructure. YLM elementary schools have infrastructure, such as study rooms, multimedia equipment, and sound systems that really support the development of this training design. 2) The design of the training was developed according to the needs, using the ADDIE Model. The ADDIE model which consists of 5 steps, was developed by the researcher into 9 steps. This development is carried out by considering the elements of simplicity and clarity of the development flow. The nine steps of developing this training design are: a) identifying training objectives, b) making basic competencies, c) analyzing the initial character and context of learners, d) formulating instructional objectives, e) making evaluation designs, f) developing training strategies, g) developing training materials, h) conducting training, and i) conducting evaluations. 3) There are two products produced in this development research, namely the Design of Teacher Competency Improvement Training Implementing the CHYBK Values Education Curriculum and the Training Module. The training design is designed with six main characters, namely a) influencing change, b) designed to achieve certain goals, c) student-centered, d) involving students actively, e) relevant to the world of students, and f) having measurable results. The six characters are packaged in five main design components, namely a) potential and conditions, b) instructional design of training, c) development of training strategies and materials, d) implementation of training, and e) evaluation. The training design with these characteristics and contexts has been validated by three design experts, with 85.13% results or getting a very good score. The second product, namely training materials. This training material is part of the training design. So the main characteristics of this training material are in accordance with the characteristics of the trainer's design. However, as a product, the training material has five additional characteristics, namely a) it supports self-instructional learning, b) each learning unit becomes a unified whole (self contained), c) can be learned without the help of media or other teaching modules ( stand alone), d) relevant to the development of science and technology (adaptive), and f) easy to use anywhere and anytime (user friendly). The training materials with the main and additional characteristics as described above have been validated by 4 content experts with 89.88% results or a very good score. In accordance with the characteristics of the learning materials, the researchers did not specifically develop learning media for this training. Then no media validation is needed. 4) According to the perception of the training participants from SD Xaverius 1 Bandar Lampung, SD Xaverius Metro, and SD Xaverius 1 Palembang, the training design was attractive, with an attractiveness rate of 85.88%, 87.52%, and 86.93%. 5) Based on the results of field tests, this training design is very effective in increasing teacher competence, covering the domains of knowledge, skills, and attitudes, with the levels of effectiveness: 81.03%, 89.05%, and >90%.
