Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Kasus HIV-AIDS di kota Bandar lampung cukup menyita perhatian berbagai kelompok masyarakat di Kota Bandar Lampung. Provinsi Lampung merupakan peringkat kelima, penyumbang kasus tertinggi di pulau Sumatera. Sedangkan Bandar Lampung menjadi yang tertinggi di provinsi. Kolaborasi diinisiasi atas keterbatasan kapasitas, sumber daya maupun jaringan yang di miliki oleh masing-masing pihak, sehingga kolaborasi dapat membantu untuk menyatukan serta melengkapi beberapa komponen yang mendorong keberhasilan sebuah program untuk pencapaian tujuan bersama. Maka berdasarkan hal tersebut penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang Kolaborasi Pemerintah Daerah Dan Perkumpulan Keluarga Berencana Indonesia Dalam Pencegahan HIV-AIDS Di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kolaborasi Pemerintah Daerah dan PKBI Lampung Dalam Pencegahan HIV-AIDS di Kota Bandar Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kolaborasi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandar Lampung dan PKBI Lampung dinyatakan berhasil dengan terpenuhinya system context, drives, dan dinamika kolaborasi, pada proses kolaborasi. Kolaborasi bertujuan untuk menekan penyebaran virus HIV-AIDS di Kota Bandar Lampung. Kemudian merujuk kepada standar plan minimal yang di miliki Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandar Lampung, menyebutkan pada program pencegahan memiliki kelompok populasi kunci yang beragam, sehingga mengharuskan untuk melibatkan NGO terkait, untuk mempermudah proses penjangkauan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka PKBI Lampung dan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandar Lampung memang melakukan kolaborasi atas dasar kesamaan tujuan, prinsip, dan nilai, serta melengkapi keterbatasan pada masing-masing pihak, agar tercapai tujuan bersama yaitu tidak adanya kasus atau infeksi baru HIV-AIDS. Kata kunci : Kolaborasi, HIV-AIDS, Kota Bandar Lampung The HIV-AIDS in the city of Bandar Lampung has attracted the attention of various circles of society in the city of Bandar Lampung. Lampung Province is ranked fifth, the highest contributor to cases on the island of Sumatra. Then, Bandar Lampung is the highest in the province. Collaboration is initiated due to the limited capacity, resources and networking by each party, so that collaboration can help to unite and complete several components that drive the success of a program to achieve common goals. Based on this the author is interested in conducting research on the collaboration of the local government and the Indonesia Planned Parenthood Federation in the prevention of HIV-AIDS in the city of Bandar Lampung. This study aims to determine how the collaboration between the local government and PKBI Lampung in HIV-AIDS prevention in Bandar Lampung City. Data collection was carried out by interview and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the collaboration carried out by the Bandar Lampung City Health Office and PKBI Lampung was declared successful with the fulfillment of system context, drives, and collaboration dynamics, in the collaboration process. The collaboration aims to suppress the spread of the HIV-AIDS virus in Bandar Lampung City. Then, referring to the minimum standard plan owned by the Bandar Lampung City Health Office, it states that the prevention program has diverse key population groups, thus requiring the involvement of relevant NGOs, to facilitate the outreach process. Based on this, the PKBI Lampung and the Bandar Lampung City Health Office did collaborate on the basis of similarity in goals, principles, and values, as well as complementing the limitations of each party, in order to achieve a common goal, namely the absence of new cases or new infections of HIV-AIDS.
