ABSTRAK PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA PESERTA DIDIK BERBASIS MODEL-ELICITING ACTIVITIES UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PENALARAN MATEMATIKA PESERTA DIDIK Oleh SYARIATUL MAR’AH Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa lembar kerja peserta didik berbasis model-eliciting activities yang valid, praktis dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematika peserta didik. Proses pengembangan media ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh Borg and Gall. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VIII di MTs Ma’arif NU 5 Sekampung Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 Subjek penelitian ini dipilih dengan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, angket dan tes kemampuan penalaran matematika. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh data hasil validasi lembar kerja peserta didik berbasis model-eliciting activities oleh validator pertama mendapatkan persentase rata-rata 67,36% dengan kriteria valid, dan validator kedua mendapatkan persentase rata-rata 84,03% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Sedangkan hasil tanggapan guru dan peserta didik terkait lembar kerja peserta didik berbasis model eliciting activities memperoleh persentase rata-rata 80,56% dan 84,82% dengan kriteria praktis. Lembar kerja peserta didik berbasis model eliciting activities terbukti efektif meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematika ditinjau dari hasil pretest dan posttest. Peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematika peserta didik kelas eksperimen sebesar 36,6 lebih tinggi dari pada kemampuan penalaran matematika peserta didik kelas kontrol sebesar 15,6. Hasil Uji-t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kata Kunci: Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik, Model-Eliciting Activities, Penalaran Matematika. ABSTRACT DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT WOEKSHEETS BASED ON ELICITING ACTIVITIES MODELS TO IMPROVE STUDENT’S MATHEMATICAL REASONING ABILITIES By SYARIATUL MAR’AH This research is a development research that aims to produce a product in the form of student worksheets based on valid, practical and effective eliciting activities models to improve students' mathematical reasoning abilities. This media development process uses the research and development model conducted by Borg and Gall. The study population was class VIII students at MTs Ma'arif NU 5 Sekampung Academic Year 2021/2022. The subjects in this study were selected using a random sampling technique. Collecting data using interview techniques, questionnaires and tests of mathematical reasoning abilities. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and t-test. Based on the research, the data obtained from the validation of student worksheets based on the eliciting activities model by the first validator got an average percentage of 67.36% with valid criteria, and the second validator got an average percentage of 84.03% with very valid criteria. While the results of teacher and student responses related to student worksheets based on the eliciting activities model obtained an average percentage of 80.56% and 84.82% with practical criteria. Student worksheets based on eliciting activities model proved effective to improve mathematical reasoning ability in terms of the results of the pretest and posttest. The increase in the mathematical reasoning ability of the experimental class students was 36.6, which was higher than the mathematical reasoning ability of the control class students of 15.6.The results of the t-test on showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class.
