Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Kepolisian Daerah Lampung melakukan Operasi Aman Nusa II Krakatau-2020 Penanganan Covid-19 Tahun 2020, dalam melakukan Percepatan dan Antisipasi dampak wabah Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Tahun 2020, mendukung adanya kebijakan penanganan COVID-19 dalam memutus mata rantai wabah corona pada masyarakat Lampung. Permasalahan yang menjadi topik dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah peran Kepolisian Daerah Lampung dalam Operasi Aman Nusa II Krakatau-2020, mengenai percepatan dan antisipasi dampak wabah Covid 19. Apakah faktor penghambat peran Kepolisian Daerah Lampung dalam Operasi Aman Nusa II Krakatau-2020 mengenai percepatan dan antisipasi dampak wabah Covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dan yuridis empiris. Sumber dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari studi lapangan dan data sekunder diperoleh dari hasil studi Pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari data-data dan wawancara yang peneliti kumpulkan, bahwa peran Kepolisian Daerah Lampung yang pertama melaksanakan Patroli dan Penjagaan pada lokasi-lokasi kegiatan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dan kegiatan masyarakat dalam rangka pendisplinan masyarakat menuju adaptasi kebiasaan baru. Kedua melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan pada daerah-daerah rawan penyebaran Covid-19. Ketiga Melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan jadwal tim dan rengat yang telah ditentukan. Keempat memberikan himbauan dan peringatan kepada masyarakat agar mematuhi protokol kesehatan serta memberikan sanksi yang bersifat ringan, sedang dan berat sesuai SOP Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru. Faktor penghambat dari Peran Kepolisian dalam Operasi Aman Nusa II Karakatau-2020, ialah dari masyarakatnya yang lebih dominan, seperti kesadaran masyarakat terhadap aturan perundang-undangan. Masyarakat Lampung seringkali abai terhadap protokol kesehatan, seperti tidak menggunakan masker atau Pelanggaran lain yaitu dengan tidak menjaga jarak antarsesama. Dan juga masyarakat yang belum memahami isu negatif terkait pandemi Covid-19, seperti haram, dampak vaksin yang bisa menimbulkan kematian. Hal tersebut terjadi karena kurangnya informasi kepada masyarakat di tingkat RT atau Desa. Sarannya, Polda Lampung, pada saat bertugas bisa mewujudkan peran ideal sebagai garda terdepan dari pelaksana tugas terkait Pandemi Covid-19. Dan Polda Lampung dapat meningkatkan peran dalam menggerakkan masyarakat Lampung untuk lebih semangat terhadap upaya-upaya penanggulangan pandemi Covid-19, dengan cara melakukan sosialisasi ke daerah-daerah di Lampung. The Lampung Regional Police carried out Safe Operation Nusa II Krakatau-2020 Handling Covid-19 in the Year, in Accelerating and Anticipating the impact of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) outbreak in 2020, supports the existence of a police to handle Covid-19 in breaking the chain of the corona outbreak in Lampung community. Problem that are the topic of this research is what is the role of the Lampung Regional Police in Operation Safe Nusa II Krakatau-2020, regarding the acceleration and anticipation of the impact of the Covid 19 outbreak. What are the inhibiting factors for the role of the Lampung Regional Police in Operation Safe Nusa II Krakatau-2020 regarding the acceleration and anticipation of the impact of the Covid 19 outbreak. This study uses a normative juridical approach and empirical juridical approach. Sources and types of data used are primary data obtained from field studies and secondary data obtained from library studies. Based on the research results from the data and interviews that the researchers collected, it was the role of the Lampung Regional Police to carry out Patrol and Guard at the locations of Covid-19 Vaccination activities and community activities in the context of community discipline towards adopting new habits. Second, spraying disinfectants in areas prone to the spread of Covid-19. Third, carry out tasks according to the team's schedule and predetermined intervals. Fourth, to give appeals and warnings to the public to comply with health protocols and provide light, moderate and severe sanctions according to the SOP for Adaptation of New Habits. Inhibiting Factors of the Role of the Police in Operation Safe Nusa II Karakatau-2020, is from the people who are more dominant, such as public awareness of the laws and regulations. The people of Lampung often ignore health protocols, such as not wearing masks or other violations, namely by not keeping a distance between each other. And also people who do not understand the negative issues related to the Covid-19 pandemic, such as haram, the impact of vaccines that can cause death. This happened because of the lack of information to the community at the RT or Village level. His advice, the Lampung Police, when on duty can realize the ideal role as the frontline of implementing tasks related to the Covid-19 Pandemic. And the Lampung Police, can increase its role in mobilizing the people of Lampung, to be more enthusiastic about efforts to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic, by conducting outreach to areas in Lampung.
