ABSTRAK PRARANCANGAN PABRIK 2-PROPENENITRILE DARI 3-HYDROXYPROPANENITRILE KAPASITAS 40.000 TON/TAHUN (Perancangan Menara Distilasi-301 (MD-301)) Oleh RAMADIANSYAH 2-Propenenitrile merupakan salah satu produk industri kimia yang digunakan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan Acrylic Fiber, Nitrile Rubber, Adiponitrile, acrylamide, 2-Propenenitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) dan Styrene 2-Propenenitrile (SAN). 2-Propanenitrile dapat diproduksi dengan beberapa proses yaitu 1) Proses Dehidrasi 3-Hydroxypropanenitrile, 2) Proses Acetylene dan 3) Proses Propylene Ammoxidation. Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik berupa sistem pengolahan dan penyediaan air, sistem penyediaan steam, cooling water, dan sistem pembangkit tenaga listrik. Kapasitas produksi pabrik 2-Propenenitrile direncanakan 40.000 ton/tahun dengan 330 hari kerja dalam 1 tahun. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di daerah Cilegon, Banten. Tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 157 orang dengan bentuk badan usaha Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi line and staff. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 864.142.765.737 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 152.495.782.189 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 1.016.638.547.926 Break Even Point (BEP) = 42,83% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 20,50% Pay Out Time before taxes (POT)b = 2,65 years Pay Out Time after taxes (POT)a = 3,11 years Return on Investment before taxes (ROI)b = 23,6% Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 18,9% Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 20,94% Berdasarkan beberapa paparan di atas, maka pendirian pabrik 2-Propenenitrile ini layak untuk dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dari sisi ekonomi dan mempunyai prospek yang relatif cukup baik. ABSTRACT PREDESIGN OF 2-PROPENENITRILE FROM 3-HYDROXYPROPANENITRILE CAPACITY 40.000 TONS/YEARS (Design Distillation Column-301 (MD-301)) By RAMADIANSYAH 2-Propenenitrile is one of the product industry chemicals are used as the raw materials for Acrylic Fiber, Nitrile Rubber, Adiponitrile, acrylamide, 2-Propenenitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and Styrene 2-Propenenitrile (SAN). 2-Propenenitrile can be produced by some of the process is : 1) Process of dehydration 3-Hydroxypropanenitrile, 2) Procces from Acetylene and 3) Procces from Propylene Ammoxidation. Provision of utility plant needs a treatment system and water supply, cooling water, ,dan Generator electrical power system. Capacity of the plant is planned to production 2-Propenenitrile is 40.000 tons/year with 330 working days in a year. The location of plant is planned in Cilegon, Banten.
