Evaluasi Program Studi adalah kegiatan penilaian untuk menentukan kelayakan suatu Program Studi. Tujuannya adalah agar dapat menentukan kelayakan Program Studi berdasarkan kriteria yang mengacu pada Standar Nasional Perguruan Tinggi dan menjamin mutu Program Studi secara eksternal baik di bidang akademik maupun non-akademik. Penilaian ini dilakukan oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN PT) dan pihak internal Universitas. Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam adalah salah satu fakultas diantara beberapa fakultas yang ada di Universitas Lampung, dimana akreditasi fakultas tolak ukur kinerja program studi yang bersangkutan dan menggambarkan mutu, efisiensi, serta relevansi suatu program studi yang diselenggarakan. Proses evaluasi ini nantinya akan menghasilkan banyak data sesuai dengan banyaknya kriteria penilaian sesuai standar yang ditetapkan. Masalah lain yang ada juga hasil evaluasi yang jauh dari perkiraan. Permasalahan yang ada membuat tercetusnya ide pembuatan Sistem Informasi yang nantinya diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses evaluasi. Berdasarkan Latar belakang yang telah dipaparkan tujuan penelitian ini adalah membahas bagaimana langkah-langkah pembuatan Sistem Informasi Evaluasi Kinerja Program Studi di Universitas Lampung dengan menggunakan Framework Laravel. Sistem Informasi yang akan dikembangkan nantinya dapat menyimpan hasil penilaian, menghitung kriteria penilaian dan mencetak borang penilaian. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi ini adalah metode prototype. Kebutuhan sistem dibuat menyesuaikan dengan berkas standar BAN-PT. Pengujian pada sistem ini menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Kata Kunci: Framework Laravel, Black Box Testing, Prototype, Sistem Informasi, Akreditasi Study Program Evaluation is an assessment activity to determine the feasibility of a Study Program. The aim is to be able to determine the feasibility of the Study Program based on criteria that refer to the National Higher Education Standards and guarantee the quality of the Study Program externally both in the academic and non-academic fields. This assessment is carried out by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN PT) and the University's internal parties. The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences is one of the faculties among several faculties at the University of Lampung, where faculty accreditation is a benchmark for the performance of the study program concerned and describes the quality, efficiency, and relevance of a study program held. This evaluation process will produce a lot of data in accordance with the many assessment criteria according to the standards set. Another problem is that evaluation results are far from expected. The problems that exist have sparked the idea of making an Information System which is later expected to facilitate the evaluation process. Based on the background that has been described, the purpose of this study is to discuss how the steps for creating an Information System for Evaluation of Study Program Performance at the University of Lampung are using the Laravel Framework. The information system that will be developed later can store the results of the assessment, calculate the assessment criteria and print out the assessment form. The method used to develop this information system is the prototype method. System requirements are made according to BAN-PT standard files. Testing on this system uses the Black Box Testing method.
