Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih banyak peserta didik yang belum mampu memahami konsep diri dan kematangan karir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dengan kematangan karir pada siswa kelas XI MA Miftahul Ulum Braja Selebah. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 siswa, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan korelasi product Moment dengan bantuan program SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil analisis dan pengolahan data yang menunjukkan data nilai korelasi sebesar 0,912 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep diri dengan kematangan karir pada siswa kelas XI MA Miftahul Ulum Braja Selebah. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and career maturity in class XI MA Miftahul Ulum Braja Selebah students. The research sample amounted to 32 students,the method used in this study was a quantitative approach.
