Abstract

ANALISIS PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DAN KEBIJAKAN HUTANG TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN ( Studi Empiris pada perusahaan a utomotive yang terdaftar di BEI 2009 - 2012 ) ABSTRAK Oleh Eka Santi Melisa Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menemukan bukti empiris atas adanya pengaruh kebijakan dividen dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan . Sampel yang digunakana dalah perusahaan automotive yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selamatahun 2009 - 2012 . Sampel total berjumlah 48 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa k ebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan serta k ebijakan hutan g berpengaruh positifterhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: kebijakan dividen, kebijakan hutang, nilai perusahaan.
