Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini dikatakan cukup pesat. Semua aspek kehidupan sudah memanfaatkan perkembangan ini. Pemerintah Indonesia telah memanfaatkan infrastruktur teknologi informasi dalam penyelenggaraan administrasi dan pelayanan publik. Dampak dari penerapan tersebut dapat mempercepat proses pelayanan dan penyampaian informasi. Dalam lingkup pemerintahan yang lebih kecil yaitu desa telah mulai menerapkan konsep Smart Village. Smart Village secara umum merupakan suatu desa secara inovatif menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup, efesiensi dan daya saing dalam aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Pelaporan masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk pelayanan publik. Dengan adanya pelaporan masyarakat, pemerintah desa dapat menjadikannya sebagai acuan dalam memperbaiki kekurangan dari segi pelayanan dan fasitlitas serta menerapkan konsep Smart Relationship: Government and Community. Masyarakat dapat membantu memberikan informasi kepada pemerintah desa mengenai permasalahan yang ada yaitu berkaitan dengan sosial, infrastruktur, dan bahaya. Jika pelaporan masyarakat masih bersifat manual hal akan sulit ditangani karena tidak terpantau dengan baik dan tidak efisien. Guna mengatasi hal tersebut, peneliti mengembangkan suatu Aplikasi Pelaporan Masyarakat dengan metode pengembangan sistem prototype yang menerima laporan pengaduan masyarakat desa untuk mempermudah penyampaian pengaduan. Kata Kunci: Flutter, Mobile, Pelaporan Masyarakat, Smart Village The development of information technology today is said to be quite rapid. All aspects of life are already taking advantage of this development. Indonesia Government has utilized information technology infrastructure in the administration and public services. The impact of this implementation can speed up the process of service and delivery of information. In the smaller scope of government, villages have begun to apply the concept of smart villages. Smart Village in general is an innovative village using information technology to improve the quality of life, efficiency and competitiveness in economic, social, and environmental. Community reporting is a form of public service. With community reporting, the village government can use it as a reference in correcting deficiencies in terms of services and facilities and applying the concept of Smart Relationships: Government and Community. The community can help provide information to the village government regarding existing problems related to social, infrastructure, and hazards. If community reporting is still manual, things will be difficult to handle because they are not monitored properly and are inefficient. To overcome this, researchers developed a community reporting application with a prototype system development method that accepts complaint reports from rural communities to facilitate the submission of complaints.
