Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang ikut berperan penting dalam usaha peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi. Destinasi pariwisata di provinsi Lampung perlu di informasikan melalui aplikasi yang dapat di akses dari mana saja, kapan saja dan oleh siapa saja. Aplikasi Si Siger Berjaya merupakan salah satu media informasi pariwisata oleh Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Lampung, serta pemanfaatannya sebagai media yang efektif dalam promosi objek wisata provinsi Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempercepat proses layanan informasi public agar masyarakat dapat memperoleh informasi yang mudah, dan cepat dalam memperoleh informasi tentang destinasi wisata di provinsi Lampung melalui aplikasi Si Siger Berjaya. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data untuk penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan informasi pada aplikasi Si Siger Berjaya dilakukan agar dapat memudahkan wisatawan yang akan berkunjung ke provinsi Lampung dalam mencari informasi tentang lokasi wisata yang dituju. Baik itu jalur menuju lokasi, jarak lokasi tujuan dengan ibukota Bandar Lampung, kondisi lokasi tujuan, dan layanan keamanan maupun layanan kesehatan. Kata kunci : layanan informasi, aplikasi si siger berjaya, pariwisata lampung Tourism is one sector that plays an important role in increasing economic income. Tourism destinations in the province of Lampung need to be informed through applications that can be accessed from anywhere, anytime and by anyone. The Siger Berjaya application is one of the tourism information media by the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of Lampung Province, and its use as an effective media in promoting tourism objects in the province of Lampung. The purpose of this study is to accelerate the process of public information services so that the public can obtain information easily, and quickly in obtaining information about tourist destinations in the province of Lampung through the Si Siger Berjaya application. The techniques used in collecting data for the writing of this Final Project are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the information service on the Si Siger Berjaya application was carried out in order to make it easier for tourists who would visit the province of Lampung in finding information about the destination tourist locations. Whether it's the route to the location, the distance from the destination location to the capital city of Bandar Lampung, the condition of the destination location, and security services and health services.
