Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pembuatan keripik ini dilakukan oleh para pedagang oleh-oleh keripik lampung, dengan cara memilih bahan berupa, pisang,singkong,mantang dll. Yang pastinya berkualitas. Tidak semua pemilihan bahan keripik sama. Seperti pisang, tidak semua pisang dapat diolah menjadi keripik, hanya jenis tertentu dan pisang pun tidak boleh matang. Dan untuk bahan singkong,mantang dipilih sesuai kualitas dan besarnya singkong dan mantang tersebut. Sesudah pemilihan bahan maka akan dilakukan pengirisan berupa tipis-tipis. Dalam pengirisan tersebut bila dilakukan secara manual akan memakan waktu yang lama maka dibutuhkanlah mesin yang dapat mempercepat pengirisan bahan baku tersebut. Alat pendukung yang dibutuhkan untuk mengiris bahan baku keripik dalam jumlah banyak adalah mesin pengiris, mesin ini dapat mempercepat proses pengirisan dalam jumlah besar tanpa memakan waktu yang lama.. Pengujian pada mesin peniris keripik ini tidak sulit dan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena bahan baku yang sudah dikupas dan dibersihkan langsung dilakukan proses penirisan di mesin tersebut, mesin ini bekerja dengan cara memutar piringan pisau secara searah. Maka di butuh alat ini untuk mempercepat proses penirisan. Hail dari pengirisan dari mesin ini cukup bagus karena selain cepat prosesnya, hasil pengirisanya pun memiliki ketebalan yang seragam dan juga tidak ada bahan yang tersisa atau terbuang. Kata kunci : mesin pengiris keripik, putaran pisau dan bahan baku keripik. The making of these chips is done by the Lampung chip souvenir traders, by choosing the ingredients in the form of bananas, cassava, ripe etc. Which is definitely quality. Not all chip choices are the same. Like bananas, not all bananas can be processed into chips, only certain types and bananas should not be ripe. And for the cassava material, the ripe is selected according to the quality and size of the cassava and the former. After selecting the material, it will be sliced into thin slices. When slicing is done manually, it will take a long time, so a machine that can speed up the slicing of raw materials is needed. The supporting tool needed for slicing raw materials for chips in large quantities is a slicing machine, this machine can speed up the slicing process in large quantities without taking a long time. Testing on this chip slicing machine is not difficult and does not require a long time because of the raw materials which has been peeled and cleaned immediately, the draining process is carried out on the machine, this machine works by rotating the blade disc in the same direction. So we need this tool to speed up the draining process. So in need of this tool to speed up the draining process. The results of slicing from this machine are quite good because in addition to the fast process, the slicing results have a uniform thickness and there is also no material left or wasted.
