Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pengarsipan selalu menjadi sebuah kegiatan penting bagi setiap organisasi maupun instansi, begitu pun pada PT Tunas Dwipa Matra. Pemakaian sistem pengarsipan yang tepat pun menjadi acuan untuk kelangsungan hidup arsip yang disimpan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Sistem Pengarsipan Faktur Kendaraan Bermotor pada PT Tunas Dwipa Matra. Metodologi penelitian yang dipakai adalah metodologi observasi atau pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dokumentasi dan study pustaka, yaitu pengumpulan data dari berbagai jurnal online. Hasil penelitian yang di dapat setelah penulis melakukan penelitian dan pengamatan ialah sistem penyimpanan arsip pada PT Tunas Dwipa Matra masih kurang baik penyimpanannya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hambatan dan kesulitan yang dialami dimana masih terdapat arsip yang hilang, serta sulitnya penemuan kembali arsip yang telah disimpan karena sistem yang dipakai adalah manual dan tidak terkomputerisasi merupakan permasalahan yang harus segera diatasi. Oleh karena itu, sistem penyimpanan arsip masih perlu perbaikan agar tidak menimbulkan permasalahan seperti yang tadi disebutkan. Kata kunci: Kearsipan, Faktur Kendaraan Bermotor, Sistem Kearsipan Archiving has always been an important activity for every organization or agency, as well as at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra. The use of the right filing system is also a reference for the survival of the archives stored. This study aims to determine how the Motor Vehicle Invoice Filing System at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra. The research methodology used is the methodology of observation or direct observation, interviews, documentation and literature study, namely collecting data from various online journals. The results obtained after the authors conducted research and observations were that the archive storage system at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra was still not well stored. This can be seen from the obstacles and difficulties experienced where there are still lost archives, as well as the difficulty of retrieving archives that have been stored because the system used is manual and not computerized is a problem that must be addressed immediately. Therefore, the archive storage system still needs improvement so as not to cause problems as mentioned earlier. Keywords: Archive, Motor Vehicle Invoice, Archiving System
