Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi di Indonesia terus meningkat setiap tahun hingga pada tahun 2018 mencapai 34,1%. Hipertensi yang lama dapat menyebabkan kerusakan organ tubuh, retinopati hipertensi salah satunya. Retinopati hipertensi menunjukan perubahan vaskularisasi retina dalam merespons tekanan darah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan durasi menderita hipertensi dengan kejadian retinopati hipertensi di RSUD Dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung Periode 2017-2020 Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analisis observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 168 sampel. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling. Data durasi menderita hipertensi dan kejadian retinopati hipertensi diambil dari rekam medik. Uji analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil: Terdapat 168 responden penderita dengan hipertensi pada usia 40-60 tahun sebanyak 53,0%, usia di atas 60 tahun sebanyak 31,6% dan di bawah 40 tahun sebanyak 15,4%. Penderita hipertensi berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 65,5% dan 34,5% perempuan. Penderita hipertensi derajat 1 sebanyak 29% dan derajat 2 sebanyak 71%. Karakteristik durasi menderita hipertensi yaitu 17,3% memiliki durasi pendek, 61,3% memiliki durasi sedang, dan 21,4% memiliki durasi panjang. Sebanyak 72,6% pasien hipertensi tidak mengalami retinopati hipertensi, sedangkan 27,4% mengalami retinopati hipertensi. Hasil analisis Chi-Square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan bermakna antara durasi menderita hipertensi dan kejadian retinopati hipertensi (p = 0,000). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara durasi menderita hipertensi dan kejadian retinopati hipertensi di RSUD Dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung periode 2017-2020 Kata Kunci: Durasi Hipertensi, Retinopati Hipertensi, RSUD Dr. A. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the duration of hypertension and event of hypertensive retinopathy in RSUD Dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung Period 2017-2020 Methods: This study used an observational analysis research method with a cross sectional approach. The research subjects consisted of 168 samples. Sampling method using total sampling. Data on the duration of hypertension and the event of hypertensive retinopathy were taken from medical records. The analytical test used is the chi-square test. Results: There were 168 respondents with hypertension at the age of 40-60 years as many as 53.0%, age over 60 years as many as 31.6% and under 40 years as many as 15.4%. Patients with hypertension were 65.5% male and 34.5% female. Patients with grade 1 hypertension were 29% and grade 2 were 71%. The characteristics of the duration of hypertension are 17.3% have short duration, 61.3% have medium duration, and 21.4% have long duration. A total of 72.6% of hypertensive patients did not have hypertensive retinopathy, while 27.4% had hypertensive retinopathy. The results of Chi-Square analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the duration of suffering from hypertension and the incidence of hypertensive retinopathy (p = 0.000). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the duration hypertension and event of hypertensive retinopathy in RSUD Dr. A.
