Abstract

Kebutuhan produksi kemasan daun jati karena meningkatnya permintaan produk kemasan daun, membutuhkan peningkatan kapasitas produksi. Pemenuhan permintaan membutuhkan perhitungan waktu baku produksi untuk menganalisa waktu produksi mesin kemasan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode jam henti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari waktu produksi mesin kemasan daun dengan varian single die terhadap varian double dies. Pengambilan data sebanyak 8 kali pada 2 elemen kerja pada semua variasi. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 1 operator. Hasil penelitian menunjukan waktu baku mesin single die variasi 2 plies adalah 283 detik, variasi 3 plies adalah 443 detik dan variasi 4 plies adalah 540 detik dengan hasil produk 1 pcs. Hasil penelitian mesin double dies variasi 2 plies adalah 429 detik. Variasi 3 plies adalah 661 detik dan variasi 4 plies adalah 735 detik dengan hasil produksi 2 pcs. perbandingan waktu baku rata-rata mesin double die terhadap single die adalah 37,67%. Kata Kunci: Waktu Baku, Efisiensi, Metode Jam Henti The need for teak leaf packaging production due to the increasing demand for leaf packaging products, requires an increase in production capacity. Fulfillment of demand requires calculating the raw production time to analyze the production time of packaging machines. The method used is the stop hours method. This study aims to find the production time of leaf packaging machines with single die variants against double die variants. Data retrieval 8 times on 2 working elements on all variations. The subjects of the study were 1 operator. The results showed that the standard time of the 2 plies variation single die machine was 283 seconds, the 3 plies variation was 443 seconds and the 4 plies variation was 540 seconds with a product result of 1 pcs. The research results of the 2 plies variation double die machine were 429 seconds. The 3 plies variation is 661 seconds and the 4 plies variation is 735 seconds with a production output of 2 pcs.
