Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh arus kas operasi (AKO), leverage (DER), dan ukuran perusahaan (SIZE) terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2020. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah total perusahaan sampel sebanyak 37 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan laporan keuangan yang berasal dari www.idx.com. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan uji asumsi klasik dan uji normalitas terlebih dahulu kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis. Software yang digunakan dalam mengolah data adalah SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen dapat menjelaskan variabel dependennya sebesar 5,7% ; 94,3% lainnya dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa arus kas operasi berepngaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Variabel leverage berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba sedangkan variabel ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Kata Kunci : Arus Kas Operasi, Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Pertumbuhan Laba This study aims to determine the effect of operating cash flow (AKO), leverage (DER), and firm size (SIZE) on profit growth. The population of this study is the food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method with a total sample of 37 companies. The data used in this study are financial statements originating from www.idx.com. Data processing is done by testing the classical assumptions and testing for normality first and then continuing with hypothesis testing. The software used in processing the data is SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable can explain the dependent variable at 5.7%; while the rest 94.3% is explained by other factors. The results of this study indicate that operating cash flow has a significant positive effect on profit growth. The leverage variable has a significant positive effect on profit growth while the firm size variable has no effect on profit growth.
