ABSTRAK PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA KELAS V SD DI KECAMATAN BUKIT KEMUNING Oleh YUFITA SARI Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas V SD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V SD di Kecamatan Bukit Kemuning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD di Kecamatan Bukit Kemuning yang berjumlah 149 siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SDN Dwikora dengan kelas VA sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 23 siswa dan kelas VB sebagai kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu tes. Hasil analisis data gain menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada pembelajaran yang menggunakan model problem based learning lebih tinggi daripada kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan model problem based learning. Dengan demikian kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V SD di Kecamatan Bukit Kemuning. This study aims to determine the effect of the problem based learning on students' creative thinking skills in mathematics subjects for fifth grade elementary school in Bukit Kemuning District. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental. Research design Noneequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were 5th grade elementary school students in Bukit Kemuning District, amounting to 149 students. The sample in this study were students of class V at SDN Dwikora with class VA as the experimental class totaling 23 students and class VB as the control class totaling 27 students. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique in this research is the test. The result of data gain shows that students ' creative thinking skills in learning using problem based learning are higher than students ' creative thinking skills in learning without using problem based learning. Thus, the conclusion of this study shows that the application of the problem-based learning has an effect on students' creative thinking skills in the fifth grade elementary school mathematics subject in Bukit Kemuning District.
