ABSTRAK Evaluasi Program Cleanliness Healty Safety Enviroment Pada Objek Wisata Bukit (Studi Di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Bandar Lampung) Oleh ICHSAN ADI PRATAMA CHSE adalah sebuah program untuk memulihkan sektor pariwisata terutama bukit wisata yang terletelak di Kota Bandar Lampung. Pada tahun 2020 dengan adanya pandemi COVID-19 sektor pariwisata mengalami penurunan sangat drastis dari segi kunjungan wisata dan pekonomian, untuk itu pemerintah membuat program CHSE agar sektor pariwisata pulih kembali serta meningkatkan kunjungan dan perkonomian masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi program berbasis kebersihan (Cleanliness) Kesehatan (Health) keamanan (Safety) dan lingkungan (Environmen), atau bisa disebut dengan (CHSE), supaya semua destinasi pariwisata pulih, serta meningkatkan kunjungan, serta bukit wisata menjadi destinasi wisata yang berkualitas. Dengan menguakan teori Wirawan (2012) yang berfokus pada Pengukuran, Perbandingan, Meneliti, menilai, dan Manfaat. Metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan aspek CHSE terhadap tiga destinasi bukit wisata wisata, Puncak mas, bukit sakura dan teropong Kota. Hasil penelitian ini adalah program berbasis CHSE sudah sepenuhnya dipahami oleh pihak pengelola destinasi bukit wisata dan belum sepenuhnya diterapkan sebagai kebiasaan baru. Pengelola destinasi dan masyarakat harus berintegrasi untuk menjadikan ketiga daya tarik bukit wisata tersebut berkualitas dengan penerapan program CHSE, untuk menjamin keselamatan wisatawan yang sesuai dengan standar realisasi. Dengan adanya sertifikasi CHSE ini, bukit wisata dipastikan telah memenuhi standar status kebersihan, kesehatan, keamanan, dan kelestarian lingkungan. Label IndonesiaCare akan menjadi penanda bahwa bukit wisata tersebut aman untuk dikunjungi, sekaligus untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat, yang pada akhirnya akan memutar kembali roda perekonomian khususnya sektor pariwisata. In 2020, with the COVID-19 pandemic, the tourism sector experienced a very drastic decline in terms of tourist visits and the economy, for that the government made a CHSE program so that the tourism sector recovered and increased visits and the economy of the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to evaluate programs based on cleanliness, health, safety and the environment, or what can be called (CHSE), so that all tourism destinations recover, as well as increase visits, and tourist hills become tourist destinations. quality. By revealing the theory of Wirawan (2012) which focuses on Measurement, Comparison, Researching, Assessing, and Benefits. Qualitative descriptive method to describe the CHSE aspects of three tourist hill destinations, Puncak Mas, Sakura Hills and City Binoculars. The results of this study are that the CHSE-based program has been fully understood by the management of tourist hill destinations and has not been fully implemented as a new habit. Destination managers and the community must integrate to make the three tourist hill attractions quality with the implementation of the CHSE program, to ensure the safety of tourists in accordance with realization standards. With this CHSE certification, it is certain that Bukit Wisata has met the standards for cleanliness, health, safety, and environmental sustainability. The IndonesiaCare label will be a sign that the tourist hill is safe to visit, as well as to increase public confidence, which in turn will turn the wheels of the economy, especially the tourism sector.
