ABSTRACT ASSESSMENT OF FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY EVALUATION OF OYSTER MUSHROOM (Pleurotus osteatus) IN LAMPUNG PROVINCE By NABILA ULFA ANANDA Research aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity to changes in amount of production and input prices for oyster mushroom farming in three business categories in Lampung Province. Most of the oyster mushroom business in Lampung Province started in 2014. The survey was applied as the basic research method. The data collecting from February to April. The study used financial analysis using 5 investment criteria, i.e.: NPV, Gross B/C, Net B/C, IRR, and PP. The suggests that oyster mushroom farmings of three business categories are financially feasible with the NPV value of each positive business category of Rp.1.297.686.284, Rp. 272,246,448, and Rp. 52,471,139, -. The net B/C of the three categories >1 are 2.46, 2.97, and 2.50, the IRR value of the three business categories is better than the Minimum Attractive Rate of Return (MARR) of 40%, 44%, 23%, Gross value The B/C of the three business categories >1 are 1.17, 1.13, 1.12, and the PP value is lower than the age of the business, namely 5 years 6 months, 5 years 4 months, and 6 years 3 months. The results of the sensitivity analysis to a decrease of production are 8%, an increase in sawdust prices is 20% causing a decrease in NPV, IRR, Net B/C, and PP but still within acceptable levels which means the business is worh developing. Keywords: oyster mushroom, farming, financial feasibility, sensitivity. Penelitian bertujuan dalam melakukan analisis kelayakan finansial dan sensitivitas terhadap penurunan jumlah produksi dan kenaikan harga input usahatani jamur tiram pada tiga kategori usaha di Provinsi Lampung. Usaha jamur tiram Provinsi lampung sebagian besar dimulai sejak 2014. Survei diterapkan sebagai metode dasar penelitian. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari bulan Februari sampai dengan April 2022. Analisis memakai lima kriteria investasi, yaitu NPV, Gross B/C, Net B /C, IRR, dan PP. Diperoleh hasil yaitu usahatani jamur tiram pada ketiga kategori di Provinsi Lampung layak secara finansial dengan nilai NPV masing-masing kategori usaha positif sebesar Rp.1.297.686.284, Rp. 272.246.448, dan Rp.52.471.139,-. Net B/C ketiga kategori >1 yaitu 2,46, 2,97, dan 2,50, nilai IRR ketiga kategori usaha lebih besar dari Minimum Attractive Rate of Return (MARR) sebesar 40%, 44%, 23%, nilai Gross B/C ketiga kategori usaha >1 yaitu 1,17, 1,13, 1,12, dan nilai PP lebih rendah dari umur usaha yaitu 5 tahun 6 bulan, 5 tahun 4 bulan, dan 6 tahun 3 bulan. Hasil analisis sensitivitas terhadap penurunan produksi yaitu 8%, kenaikan harga serbuk kayu yaitu 20% menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan NPV, IRR, Net B/C, dan PP tetapi tetap dalam tingkatan diterima yang mengartikan usaha layak dikembangkan.
