Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis atribut-atribut yang dinilai penting oleh konsumen Rumah Makan Ayam Bakar Mbok Jum Cabang Way Halim, menganalisis kinerja atribut-atribut Rumah Makan Ayam Bakar Mbok Jum Cabang Way Halim dan menganalisis atribut-atribut yang perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan kinerjanya di Rumah Makan Ayam Bakar Mbok Jum Cabang Way Halim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 20 atribut yang diteliti, jumlah atribut yang dinilai penting oleh konsumen sebanyak 13 atribut, yaitu atribut- atribut yang berada pada kuadran I dan kuadran II, atribut-atribut yang kinerjanya telah memberi kepuasan kepada konsumen berjumlah 7 atribut, yaitu atribut- atribut yang berada pada kuadran II. Atribut-atribut yang perlu dipertahankan kualitas kinerjanya berjumlah 7 atribut yaitu semua atribut yang berada pada kuadran II. Atribut-atribut yang harus ditingkatkan kualitas kinerjanya berjumlah 6 atribut yaitu semua atribut yang berada pada kuadran I. Kata kunci: atribut, importance performance analysis, kepentingan, kinerja. The purpose of this study is to analyze the attributes that are considered important by consumers of the Mbok Jum Grilled Chicken Restaurant in Way Halim Branch, to analyze the performance of the attributes of the Mbok Jum Grilled Chicken Restaurant in the Way Halim Branch and to analyze the attributes that need to be maintained and improved in their performance in Mbok Jum Grilled Chicken Restaurant Way Halim Branch. The research method used is a survey method and the determination of the research location is done purposively. The analytical method used is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results show that of the 20 attributes studied, the number of attributes that are considered important by consumers are 13 attributes, namely the attributes that are in quadrant I and quadrant II, the attributes whose performance has given satisfaction to consumers are 7 attributes, namely attributes -attributes that are in quadrant II. There are 7 attributes that need to be maintained, namely all attributes that are in quadrant II. There are 6 attributes that must be improved, namely all attributes that are in quadrant I.
