Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Pestisida adalah bahan racun yang disamping memberikan manfaat di bidang pertanian tetapi dapat memberikan dampak terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Paraquat (1,1-dimetil,4,4 – bipiridilum) merupakan salah satu bahan aktif pestisida golongan herbisida jenis gramoxone yang telah lama dan sampai saat ini paling banyak digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh herbisida paraquat oral terhadap kadar ureum kreatinin dalam serum tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) galur Sprague dawley. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan pola post test- only control group design. Menggunakan tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan galur Sprague dawley berumur 8-10 minggu yang dipilih secara acak dan dikelompokkan dalam 5 kelompok, dimana masing masing kelompok diberikan perlakuan berbeda. Pada kelompok 1 sebagai kontrol diberikan pakan biasa tanpa , sedangkan kelompok perlakuan 1, 2, 3, dan 4 diberikan paraquat oral dengan dosis 25, 50, 100, 200 mg/KgBB. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik Kruskal Wallis. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai rata-rata ureum adalah 18,6 pada kontrol, 28,8 kelompok 1, 44,2 pada kelompok 2, 55,00 pada kelompok 3, dan 74,20 pada kelompiok 4. Nilai rata-rata kreatinin adalah 0,36 pada kontrol, 1,30 pada kelompok 1, 2,28 pada kelompok 2, 2,98 pada kelompok 3, dan 4,62 pada kelompok 4. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh herbisida paraquat oral terhadap kadar ureum kreatinin dalam serum tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) galur Sprague dawley. Kata Kunci : Kreatin, Paraquat, Ureum Pesticide is the poison that besides providing benefits in the agricultural sector but can give the effect on public health . Paraquat (1,1-dimetil of paraquat , 4.4 – bipiridilum) is one of the active herbicide gramoxone the kind of pesticides which has long and until now the most widely used .This research aims to understand whether or not there to influence levels of oral paraquat herbicide ureum creatinin in the serum white rats (rattus norvegicus) strain sprague dawley . In this study using the experimental methods with a pattern post test- only control group design .Using a rat (rattus norvegicus) is white male galur sprague dawley was 8-10 week chosen at random and are grouped in group 5 , where each carpel group given different treatment .Given to group 1 as usual without feed control , while the treatment group 1 , 2 , 3 ,4 and given oral doses of paraquat with 25 , 50 , 100 , 200 mg / kgbb . This research use statistical tests is wallis kruskal. The average value of the research results obtained 18,6 ureum is in control , 28.8 group 1 , 44,2 in group 2 , 55,00 in group 3 , and 74,20 kelompiok at 4 .The average score 0.36 creatinin is in control , 1.30 in group 1 , 2.28 in group 2 , 2.98 in group 3 , and 4,62 in group 4 . After conducting research can be drawn the conclusion that there is the influence of paraquat herbicide oral against ureum creatinin in the serum levels of white rats ( rattus norvegicus ) is galur sprague dawley .
