Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Cahaya Mandiri Lampung Selatan, yang dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode non-eksperimen ex-post facto (causal comparative research) ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 16 orang anak berusia 5-6 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara systematic random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar pedoman observasi, dan uji hipotesis melalui analisis anova satu arah (one way anova). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kreativitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Cahaya Mandiri Lampung Selatan dengan Fhitung sebesar 18,264 dan besaran pengaruh positif 52%. Kata kunci: kreativitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, motivasi belajar anak usia 5-6 tahun. The research aims to determine the influence of teacher’s creativity in learning management to the learning motivation of 5-6 year old children in Kindergarten of Cahaya Mandiri in South Lampung which was held in the academic year of 2020/2021. The research was quantitative with an ex-post facto non experiment (causal comparative research) using 16 samples of 5-6 year old children. The sampling technique used a systematic random sampling. Then, the data collection technique used an observation guide sheet. The hypotheses were tested through one way anova. The results showed that there was influence of teacher creativity in learning management to the learning motivation of 5-6 year old children in Kindergarten of Cahaya Mandiri in South Lampung with Fcount of 18,264 and the positive influence of 52%.
