This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the extent of the influence of business strategy on managerial performance with the management accounting system as intervening variables. The population in this research is managers/owners of micro, small and medium enterprises in Bandar Lampung. Types and sources of data are primary data. Collection methods questionnaire. The statistical test tool uses SPSS version 25. The result of this study indicate Business Strategy has no effect on Managerial Performance, Business Strategy has a positive effect on Management Accounting System, Management Accounting System has positive effect on Managerial Performance, and Management Accounting System mediates the effect of Business Strategy on Managerial Performance . Keywords: Business Strategy, Management Accounting System, Managerial Performance, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang sejauh mana pengaruh strategi bisnis terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan sistem akuntansi manajemen sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini manajer/pemilik usaha mikro kecil menengah di Bandar Lampung. Jenis dan sumber data adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Alat uji statistik menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Strategi Bisnis tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Manajerial, Strategi Bisnis berpengaruh positif terhadap Sistem Akuntansi Manajemen, Sistem Akuntansi Manajemen berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Manajerial, dan Sistem Akuntansi Manajemen memediasi pengaruh Strategi Bisnis terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. Kata Kunci: Strategi Bisnis, Sistem Akuntansi Manajemen, Kinerja Manajerial, Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah.
