Abstract
The research is aimed to analyze: (1) the correlation between principal leadership and teacher performance in Bodhisattva school Bandar Lampung, (2) the correlation between work climate and teacher performance in Bodhisattva school Bandar Lampung, (3) the correlation between work motivation and teacher performance in Bodhisattva school Bandar Lampung, and (4) the correlation between headmaster leadership, work climate, and work motivation in cooperate with the performance teacher in Bodhisattva school Bandar Lampung. This research used quantitative correlation. In this research, the population is all of the teacher at Bodhisattva school to 49 teachers as respondents which is divided into 39 teachers as a respondents and 10 teachers as a sampling which is taken by random sampling. The Data collecting used questionnaires instrument.. The Data analysis was done by SPSS 16.0 for Windows (Statistical Product Solution System) by the results sample data is on the normal distribution. The results of the research shows that there are (1) a positive, strong association between the principal's leadership and teacher performance, it was gotten correlation coefficient rx1y = 0.417 significantly, (2) a positive, strong association between the work climate and teacher performance, it was gotten correlation coefficient rx2y,= 0.655 significantly, (3) a positive, strong association between the work motivation and teacher performance, it was gotten correlation coefficient rx3y,= 0.832 significantly (4) a positive, strong and association between the principal's leadership the principal's leadership, work climate, and work motivated cooperation with teacher performance and it was gotten a correlation coefficient rx1, 2.3 y = 0.937.
