This study aims to analyze the economic benefits, the level of member satisfaction with services, the level of member participation, and the factors that influence the participation of members of the LKMA Sido Jaya Abadi Cooperative. The method used is survey method. Of the RAT representative population, amounting to 103 members, obtained a sample of 51 people using Slovin's theory. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out from March to April 2022. Quantative descriptive analysis was used to analyze the economic benefits of members and the level of member participation, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to analyze the level of satisfaction of members with cooperative services, and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the factors that affect member participation. The results showed that the direct economic benefits of Rp. 1,760,098.00 and the indirect economic benefits of Rp. 2,936,078.00 so that the total economic benefits of cooperatives received by members are Rp. 4,696,176.00 / year. This economic benefit is included in the large category. The CSI calculation yields 72.52% which means that cooperative members are in the satisfied category. The level of participation of cooperative members in the RAT and paying mandatory savings is in the high category, while the level of participation of cooperative members in the utilization of business units is included in the low category. Factors that influence member participation in: RAT are member ages, number of family dependents, and members' perceptions of management, paying mandatory savings is the number of family dependents and members' perceptions of administrators, and utilization of business services is formal education and cooperative economic benefits. Keywords: economic benefits, satisfaction, member participation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manfaat ekonomi, tingkat kepuasan anggota terhadap pelayanan, tingkat partisipasi anggota, dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi partisipasi anggota Koperasi LKMA Sido Jaya Abadi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Dari populasi anggota perwakilan RAT yang berjumlah 103 anggota didapat sampel sebanyak 51 orang menggunakan teori Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai April 2022. Analisis deskriptif kuantatif digunakan untuk menganalisis manfaat ekonomi anggota dan tingkat partisipasi anggota, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan anggota terhadap pelayanan koperasi, dan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi partisipasi anggota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manfaat ekonomi langsung sebesar Rp 1.760.098,00 dan manfaat ekonomi tidak langsung sebesar Rp 2.936.078,00 sehingga total manfaat ekonomi koperasi yang diterima oleh anggota adalah Rp 4.696.176,00 / tahun. Manfaat ekonomi ini termasuk dalam kategori besar. Perhitungan CSI mendapatkan hasil 72,52% yang berarti bahwa anggota koperasi berada pada kategori puas. Tingkat partisipasi anggota koperasi dalam RAT dan membayar simpanan wajib termasuk kategori tinggi, sedangkan tingkat partisipasi anggota koperasi dalam pemanfaatan unit usaha termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi partisipasi anggota dalam: RAT adalah umur anggota, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, dan persepsi anggota terhadap pengurus, membayar simpanan wajib adalah jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan persepsi anggota terhadap pengurus, dan pemanfaatan pelayanan usaha adalah pendidikan formal dan manfaat ekonomi koperasi.
