Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD berbasis model PACE dan menguji efektivitasnya terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini diawali dengan studi pendahuluan, penyusunan LKPD,validasi LKPD, uji coba lapangan terbatas dan uji coba lapangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Pringsewu tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan berpikir kritis. Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukan kebutuhan dikembangkannya LKPD. Penyusunan LKPD dilakukan dengan menyusun draft LKPD dan semua komponennya. Hasil validasi menunjukan bahwa LKPD telah memenuhi standar kelayakan isi, media, dan bahasa dalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji lapangan menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas ekseperimen dan kelas kontrol, Kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik yang menggunakan LKPD berbasis model PACE lebih tinggi daripada kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik yang tidak menggunakan LKPD berbasis model PACE. Berdasarkan hasil uji lapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis model PACE efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Kata kunci : Kemampuan berpikir kritis, LKPD, PACE. This research and development aims to develop LKPD based on the PACE model and test its effectiveness on students' critical thinking skills. This research begins with a preliminary study, preparation of LKPD, LKPD validation, limited field trials and field trials. The subjects of this study were students of class XII social studies at SMA Negeri 1 Pringsewu in the 2022/2023 lesson. The research data was obtained through a critical thinking ability test. The results of the preliminary study indicate the need to develop LKPD. The preparation of the LKPD is done by compiling a draft of the LKPD and all its components. The validation results show that the LKPD has met the appropriateness standards for content, media, and language in the very feasible category. The results of the field test show that there are differences in the critical thinking abilities of students in the experimental class and the control class. The critical thinking abilities of students who use the PACE model-based worksheets are higher than the critical thinking skills of students who do not use the PACE-based worksheets. Based on the results of the field test, it can be concluded that the LKPD based on the PACE model is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills.
