Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan (1) perencanaan sertifikasi kompetensi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan: (2) pengorganisasian sertifikasi kompetensi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan; (3) pelaksanaan sertifikasi kompetensi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan; dan (4) pengendalian sertifikasi kompetensi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan rancangan penelitian adalah studi multi situs. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 10 (sepuluh) orang informan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik snowball sampling dengan data berupa (1) wawancara; (2) studi dokumen; dan (3) observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan bersifat komprehensif, terintegrasi, fokus, dan kerja sama yang baik semua unsur yang terlibat, (2) pengorganisasian meliputi beberapa fungsi yang menentukan keberhasilan penyelenggaraan sertifikasi kompetensi, (3) keberhasilan pelaksanaan sertifikasi kompetensi mengacu pada rumusan perencanaan yang telah dibuat dan diterapkan pada kegiatan pelaksanaan, dan (4) pengendalian mengacu pada peraturan perundangan yang ada dan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah dibuat. Kata Kunci: manajemen, sertifikasi kompetensi peserta didik This study aims to analyze and describe (1) planning for competency certification for Vocational High School students: (2) organizing competency certification for Vocational High School students; (3) implementation of competency certification for Vocational High School students; and (4) control of competency certification of Vocational High School students. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach and the research design is a multi-site study. The research data was obtained from 10 (ten) informants. The data collection technique used snowball sampling technique with data in the form of (1) interviews; (2) document study; and (3) observation. The results of the study show that (1) planning is comprehensive, integrated, focused, and has good cooperation with all elements involved, (2) organization includes several functions that determine the success of implementing competency certification, (3) successful implementation of competency certification refers to the planning formulation. that have been made and applied to implementation activities, and (4) control refers to the existing laws and regulations and is in accordance with the plans that have been made.
