Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah penelitian ini adalah kepercayaan diri mahasiswa yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara body image dan kepercayaan diri pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 1.275 mahasiswa dengan jumlah sampel 255 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif yang signifikan antara body image dengan kepercayaan diri pada mahasiswa, hal ini dibuktikan dengan analisis data diperoleh nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (0,787 > 0,123) yang memiliki arti bahwa semakin positif body image maka semakin tinggi kepercayaan diri pada mahasiswa, begitu pun sebaliknya semakin negatif body image maka semakin rendah kepercayaan diri pada mahasiswa. Kata Kunci : body image, kepercayaan diri, mahasiswa The problem of this research is the low self-confidence of students. This study aims to determine the relationship between body image and self-confidence in students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung. The research method used is correlational quantitative. The research population consisted of 1,275 students with a sample of 255 students. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Data analysis technique uses product moment correlation. The results of the study showed that there was a significant positive relationship between body image and student self-confidence. This was evidenced by data analysis. It was obtained that the value of r count was greater than r table (0.787 > 0.123) which means that the more positive the body image, the higher self-confidence in students, and vice versa the more negative the body image, the lower the self-confidence in students.
