Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-Modul Berbasis Etnosains Napai, mendeskripsikan validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan e-modul tersebut untuk meningkatkan Literasi Sains pada materi Bioteknologi siswa kelas IX MTs. Metode penelitian menggunakan R&D yang mengacu pada model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 32 siswa kelas IXG MTs Negeri 1 Lampung Barat. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar angket dan tes. Angket digunakan untuk memperoleh data validasi, keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, uji respon siswa dan respon guru. Sedangkan tes digunakan untuk mengukur effektivitas dengan mengumpulkan data pretest dan posttest. Desain pengambilan data yaitu pretest-posttest kontrol group design. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi ahli materi dan media memperoleh persentase nilai 84,7% berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. e-modul praktis digunakan dengan persentase nilai 95% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi. e-modul ini juga efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi sains siswa pada kelas eksperimen dengan rata-rata N-Gain 0,73 dengan klasifikasi tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata N-Gain 0,40 dengan klasifikasi sedang. The study aims to develop an e-module based on the Ethnoscience of Napai, to describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the e-module to increase Scientific Literacy in Biotechnology material of grade IX MTs students. The research method uses R&D which refers to the 4-D ( Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate) development model. The subjects of this study were 32 students of class IXG MTs Negeri 1 West Lampung. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and tests. Questionnaires are used to obtain validation data, implementation of learning, test student responses and teacher responses. While the test is used to measure effectiveness by collecting pretest and posttest data . The data collection design was pretest-posttest control group design. The results of this research and development indicate that the results of the validation of material and media experts obtained a percentage of 84.7% in the very high category. practical e-module is used with a percentage of 95% with very high criteria. This e-module is also effective for increasing students' scientific literacy in the experimental class with an average N-Gain of 0.73 with a high classification compared to the control class with an average N-Gain of 0.40 with a medium classification .
