Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ABSTRAK Kontrasepsi adalah usaha- usaha untuk mencegah terjadinya kehamilan, salah satunya adalah implant. Implant adalah kontrasepsi hormonal yang dimasukkan ke dalam kulit. Efek samping dari penggunaan implant salah satunya adalah penurunan libido dan disfungsi seksual. Namun,disfungsi seksual wanita masih jarang dibicarakan di masyarakat luas, padahal dampak dari gangguan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan rumah tangga dan kualitas hidup seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi disfungsi seksual pada ibu-ibu pengguna kontrasepsi implant di kelurahan seputih jaya kecamatan gunung sugih lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dilakukan pada tanggal 2 oktober sampai dengan tanggal 10 november 2013 pada 70 responden dengan menggunakan consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu-ibu pengguna kontrasepsi implant yang mengalami disfungsi seksual sebesar 78,6% dengan sebagian besar responden berada di rentang skor 17,6-26,5 (mendekati normal). Berdasarkan gambaran karakteristik diperoleh bahwa paling banyak yang berumur muda, berpendidikan rendah, tidak bekerja mempunyai jumlah anak sedikit, Indeks Massa Tubuh normal, dan lama perkawinan yang tergolong muda. Kata kunci : disfungsi seksual, implant ABSTRACT Contraceptives is an efforts to prevent the occurrence of pregnancy, one of which is implant. Implants are inserted just under the skin of a woman’s upper arm and contains the progesterone hormone. Side effects of using implants are a decrease in libido and sexual dysfunction. Female sexual dysfunction is still rarely discussed in public, whereas the impact of these disorders can affect house hold welfare and quality of life. This study aims to determine the prevalence of sexual dysfunction in women using contraceptive implant in Seputih Jaya village Gunung Sugih regency Central Lampung district. This study is a analytic study with cross sectional study design was conducted on October until November 2013 on 70 respondents using consecutive sampling. The results showed that mothers contraceptive implant users who experienced sexual dysfunction by 78,6% or as many as 55 respondents with most respondents are in the range of scores from 17,6 to 26,5 (near to normal). For the description of user characteristic shows that the most common is young aged women, low education, not working, have a little number of children, Body Mass Index is normal and duration of marriage are still young.
