ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF THE COST OF PRODUCTION, ADDED VALUE, AND PROFIT OF BANANA PIE AGROINDUSTRY (Case Study of Adeella Cake’s Bandar Lampung City) By FADILAH NUR SAFITRI The purpose of this study was to analyze the cost of production, added value and profits of Adeella Cake's Banana Pie Agroindustry. Respondents in this study were agroindustry owners and agroindustry employees. The method used in this research is a case study in Adeella Cake's Pisang Pie Agroindustry, Bandar Lampung City. The analytical method used is the analysis of the cost of production, added value analysis, and profit. The results showed that the cost of production was IDR 33.897,65 to IDR 34.072,98 per banana pie box with a banana pie selling price of IDR 42.000,00 per banana pie box with a profit margin of 24%. The added value from banana pie processing has a positive value of IDR 71.238,81 in August 2022 and IDR 69.180,17 in September 2022. The resulting added value ratio is 77,03% in August 2022 and 75,36% in September 2022, which means Processing of banana pie is valuable because the resulting percentage is more than zero (NT> 0). The total profit from selling banana pie shows an increase in profit in August 2022 of IDR 3.235.979,17 and in September 2022 of IDR 3.430.979,17, so this business is profitable. Keywords : Banana Pie Agroindustry, Profit, Value Added Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis harga pokok produksi, nilai tambah dan keuntungan Agroindustri Pie Pisang Adeella Cake’s. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik agroindustri dan karyawan agroindustri. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi kasus di Agroindustri Pie Pisang Adeella Cake’s Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis harga pokok produksi, analisis nilai tambah, dan keuntungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga pokok produksi sebesar Rp33.897,65 sampai Rp34.072,98 per kotak pie pisang dengan harga jual pie pisang sebesar Rp42.000,00 per kotak pie pisang dengan margin keuntungan 24%. Nilai tambah dari pengolahan pie pisang bernilai positif sebesar 71.238,81 pada Bulan Agustus 2022 dan 69.180,17 pada Bulan Setember 2022. Rasio nilai tambah yang dihasilkan sebesar 77,03% pada Bulan Agustus 2022 dan 75,36% pada Bulan September 2022 yang artinya pengolahan pie pisang bernilai karena persentase yang dihasilkan lebih dari nol (NT>0). Keuntungan total dari hasil penjualan pie pisang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keuntungan pada Bulan Agustus 2022 sebesar Rp3.235.979,17 dan Bulan September 2022 sebesar Rp3.430.979,17, sehingga usaha ini bersifat menguntungkan.
