ABSTRAK PERSEPSI MULTI STAKEHOLDER DI HUTAN MANGROVE PASIR SAKTI LAMPUNG TIMUR Oleh Novita Arianti Hutan mangrove merupakan hutan yang berada di kawasan intertidal yang memiliki fungsi yang sangat penting sebagai penstabil garis pantai agar tetap stabil dan melindungi pantai dari erosi laut atau abrasi. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi multi-stakeholder mengenai upaya-upaya konservasi di area hutan mangrove dan menganalisis tingkat keberlanjutan pemulihan hutan mangrove serta mengetahui dampak covid’19 mengenai konservasi hutan mangrove di Desa Purworejo Kecamatan Pasir Sakti Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah hutan mangrove dan stakeholder terkait yang dimana stakeholder tersebut dipilih secara rasional sebanyak 7 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2022 dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan untuk memperoleh data identifikasi persepsi stakeholder di hutan mangrove sedangkan observasi dilakukan untuk melihat keadaan langsung di lapangan. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dihitung menggunakan skala likert kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan mengenai nilai rata-rata dari upaya-upaya konservasi, upaya perlindungan mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,4 yang masuk dalam kategori setuju dan merupakan nilai tertinggi. Upaya konservasi pemanfaatan mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,03 masuk dalamkategori setuju, upaya konservasi pengawetan mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,2 termasuk dalam kategori netral atau cukup setuju, dari analisis penelitian yang telah dilakukan tingkat pemulihan mangrove terbilang baik di hutan mangrove Desa Purworejo, Pasir Sakti, Lampung Timur dengan adanya penanaman yang terus dilakukan oleh kementrian maupun pemerintah daerah serta dari analisis data diketahui bahwa pandemi covid-19 pada tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan ekonomi mulai dari sektor pariwisata sampai masyarakat, tetapi hal itu dapat di minimalisir atas adanya penanaman yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah pada tahun 2020 silam yang mana banyak membantu perekonomian. Kata kunci: hutan mangrove, upaya konservasi, pandemi Covid-19. Mangrove forest is a forest located in the intertidal area which has a very important function as a shoreline stabilizer to keep it stable and protect the coast from sea erosion or abrasion. This research aims to identify multi-stakeholder perceptions regarding conservation efforts in the mangrove forest area and analyze the level of sustainability of mangrove forest restoration and determine the impact of Covid'19 on mangrove forest conservation in Purworejo Village, Pasir Sakti District, East Lampung Regency. The object of this study is the mangrove forest and related stakeholders where the stakeholders are rationally selected by 7 respondents. Data collection was carried out in October 2022 using interview and observation methods. Interviews were conducted to obtain identification data on stakeholder perceptions in mangrove forests while observations were made to see the situation directly in the field. The data that has been collected is then calculated using a likert scale and then analyzed descriptively. The research results obtained regarding the average value of conservation efforts, protection efforts get an average value of 4.4 which is in the agree category and is the highest score. Utilization conservation efforts get an average score of 4.03 which is in the agree category, preservation conservation efforts get an average score of 3.2, are included in the neutral category or quiteagree, from the analysis of research that has been carried out, the mangrove recovery rate is relatively good in the forest. mangroves in Purworejo Village, Pasir Sakti, East Lampung with the continued planting by the ministry and local government and from data analysis it is known that the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 has experienced a decline in the economy starting from the tourism sector to the community, but this can be minimized by there were plantings carried out by the local government in 2020 which helped the economy a lot.
