ABSTRACT COST STRUCTURE, VALUE ADDED AND BENEFITS OF COCO FIBER AGROINDUSTRY (Case Study at PT Mahligai Indococo Fiber South Lampung Regency) By SAFHIRA HAYYI DWIRIA This study aims to analyze the cost structure, added value and benefits of coco fiber agro-industry at PT Mahligai Indococo Fiber. Respondents in this study were employees of the accounting division at PT Mahligai Indococo Fiber. The method used is a case study. The analytical method used is the cost structure analysis method, value added analysis method and profit analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the largest cost component of the coco fiber production cost structure is labor costs (36.02%), followed by raw material costs (24.18%), depreciation costs (20.28%), export costs (14.46%), diesel fuel costs (2.99%), transportation costs (1.54%) and strapping band costs (0.54%). The coco fiber agro-industry produced by PT Mahligai Indococo Fiber, South Lampung Regency, has a positive added value of IDR 5,541.93 per kilogram. The coco fiber agroindustry produced by PT Mahligai Indococo Fiber, South Lampung Regency, earns a profit of IDR 77,685,483.06 per month, so this business is feasible to develop and profitable. Keywords: Coco Fiber, Cost Structure, Profit, Value Added Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur biaya, nilai tambah dan keuntungan agroindustri coco fiber pada PT Mahligai Indococo Fiber. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Divisi Accounting dalam PT Mahligai Indococo Fiber. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis struktur biaya, metode analisis nilai tambah dan metode analisis keuntungan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komponen biaya terbesar dari struktur biaya produksi coco fiber adalah biaya tenaga kerja (36,02%), kemudian diikuti biaya bahan baku (24,18%), biaya penyusutan peralatan (20,28%), biaya ekspor (14,46%), biaya solar (2,99%), biaya transportasi (1,54%) dan biaya strapping band (0,54%). Agroindustri coco fiber yang diproduksi oleh PT Mahligai Indococo Fiber Kabupaten Lampung Selatan memiliki nilai tambah positif, yaitu sebesar Rp5.541,93 per kilogram. Agroindustri coco fiber yang diproduksi oleh PT Mahligai Indococo Fiber Kabupaten Lampung Selatan memperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp77.685.483,06 per bulan, sehingga usaha ini layak untuk dikembangkan dan menguntungkan.
