Success in working on a software project must start with good planning. This research uses the Cocomo II Model (Constructive Cost Model II) to measure the estimated cost and time of software development with a case study of the University of Lampung Real Work Lecture Information System (KKN). The Field Work Lecture Executing Agency (BP-KKN) must know the resources needed in the development of the University of Lampung Field Work Information System (KKN) to be able to determine a budget plan to serve as a reference in future system development and reduce the risk of time overruns. Costs, and human resources in the development of the system. Measurements using the Cocomo II model require Unadjusted Function Point (UFP) values, Scala Factor values, Effort Multiplier values, and Effort Estimation values. By using the COCOMO II model, it is hoped that a more accurate estimate of the costs, time, and human resources needed to develop the University of Lampung's KKN information system will be obtained. The estimation results show that the cost required to develop the University of Lampung KKN information system is IDR 1,006,848,414, while the time required is 23 months, requiring 18 human resources.
