Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja perawat dan untuk mengetahui pegaruh perilaku etis terhadap kinerja perawat. Objek penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bertugas di sarana kesehatan Kabupaten Pringsewu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bertugas di sarana kesehatan Kabupaten Pringsewu sejumlah 773. Jumlah sampel yang dianalisis dalam penelitian yaitu 100 responden dengan pengambilan sample metode probability sampling dan teknik random sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja atau hipotesis dalam penelitian ini didukung, selain itu ditemukan juga hasil bahwa variabel independen perilaku etis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja atau hipotesis kedua dalam penelitian ini didukung. Saran, diharapkan perawat di Kabupaten Pringsewu sebaiknya meningkatkan pendekatan empati agar lebih mampu mengatur emosi dengan baik karena merupakan bagian dari kecerdasan emosional agar lebih sensitif pada emosi orang lain dan baik dalam memprediksi respon emosi orang lain. Terutama dalam mengetahui emosi dari perilaku terhadap rekan kerja. Perawat di Kabupaten Pringsewu sebaiknya perlu adanya penekanan terhadap moralitas guna meminimalisir tingkat penyuapan perawat dalam rangka menjalankan tugasnya di tempat kerja. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Perilaku Etis, Kinerja. The aim is to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of nurses and determine the impact of ethical behavior on the performance of nurses. The object of this research is the nurse who works in health facilities in Pringsewu Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative. This study uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study were nurses who served in health facilities in Pringsewu Regency as many as 773. The number of samples analyzed in the study was 100 respondents with probability sampling method and random sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable, namely emotional intelligence, has a positive and significant effect on performance or that the hypothesis in this study is supported, besides that, it is also found that the independent variable ethical behavior has a positive and significant effect on performance or the second hypothesis in this study is supported. Suggestions, it is hoped that nurses in Pringsewu Regency should improve their empathetic approach to be better able to regulate emotions well because it is part of emotional intelligence to be more sensitive to other people's feelings and good at predicting other people's emotional responses. Especially in knowing the emotions of behavior towards coworkers. Nurses in Pringsewu Regency should have an emphasis on morality to minimize the level of bribery of nurses in carrying out their duties in the workplace.
