ABSTRAK PERSEPSI PENGUNJUNG TERHADAP OBJEK WISATA PANTAI MARINES ECO PARK DI KABUPATEN PESAWARAN PROVINSI LAMPUNG OLEH ALAN BUDI KUSUMA Objek daya tarik wisata yang banyak diminati wisatawan salah satunya yaitu pantai, seperti yang berada di Kabupaten Pesawaran, Lampung yaitu pantai Marines eco park. Sebagai salah satu daerah tujuan yang berada di daerah Pesawaran Lampung, Pantai Marines Eco Park ini memiliki banyak pesona karena cukup bersih, ditambah dengan pasir putihnya semakin terlihat kemilaunya. Berdasarkan kondisi yang ada, maka tujuan dari penelitian yaitu (1) Menganalisis fasilitas pendukung objek wisata Pantai Marines Eco Park di Kabupaten Pesawaran, dan (2) Mengetahui persepsi pengunjung terhadap pengembangan objek wisata dengan aspek 4A (attraction, accessibility, amenities dan ancillary service) yang disediakan oleh pihak pengelola Pantai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan skala liket dan analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui persepsi pengunjung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika Ketersediaan fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada di Pantai Marines Eco Park dinilai dalam kategori baik namun tetap perlu ditingkatkan dalam pengembangan objek wisata dan sebagai indikator ketertarikan terhadap kenyamanan pengunjung. Persepsi pengunjung mengenai pengembangan objek wisata dengan menggunakan aspek 4A (attraction, accessibility, amenities,dan ancillary service) di Pantai Marines Eco Park menunjukkan kategori cukup baik. Kata Kunci: objek daya tarik, Pantai Marines Eco Park, persepsi, wisata One of the tourist attraction objects that are in great demand by tourist in beach, such as those in Pesawaran Regency, Lampung, namely Marines Eco Park Beach-As one of the destination in the Pesawaran area, Lampung. Marines Eco Park Beach has a lot of charm because it is quite clean, coupled with white sand the more visible sheen. Based on existing conditions, the objectives of the research are (1) to analyze the supporting facilities for the Marines Eco Park Beach attraction in Pesawaran Regency, and (2) to find out visitor perceptions of the development of tourist objects with 4A aspects (attraction, accessibility, amenities and ancillary sercive) provided by the beach manager. This research was conducted using the inteview method which was then analyzed using a likert scale and descriptive analysis to determine visitor perceptions. The results of the study show that the availability of existing facilities at Marines Eco Park Beach is considered in the category of good but still needs to be improved in the development of tourist objects and as an indicator of interest in visitor comfort, accessbilitiy, amenities, and ancillary service at Marines Eco Park Beach show quite good category.
